Area around is residential but if you have a car you can get to other areas of interest. Parking is FREE WHICH IS INCREDIBLE for LA. Hotel is very clean and comfortable

It’s near a mall and several shopping centers very convenient for shopping or dinning. At first it appeared all great. Unfortunately, it was very disappointing as we noticed a red blood stain on the white covers the morning we were leaving. Also, we had to call twice to get more pillows for my bad back. I won’t stay here again, the blood stain was it for us.

Everything was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint is our room door would not close completely. We had to open & close a few times to get it to latch. We would stay here again

It was one of the most comfortable & quite places I've stayed at. Staff was friendly and helpful. There are a few close restaurants that were very good. I don't like Keurig or Starbucks coffee but the room had a pod drip coffee maker & the brand they have is very good. 1st hotel coffee I've enjoyed in years. The hotel is starting to show a little age but they are in the process of renovating. My only complaint is the bathroom shower head is too high. It felt like it was 7 ft high. At 5.3 inches tall it was a bit difficult to rinse the shampoo out of my hair.

Mostly fine. However, it would be helpful if you labeled the containers in the bath/shower so we can tell what pump is for body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

Great hotel to stay with family or even just you and your SO. Place was clean along with our room. Very spacious, but I did have an issue with the sofa placement in our room. Too close to the bed on the wall side which is unfortunate and inconvenient my girlfriend actually tripped over it going to the restroom midnight. Staff were great. Forgot to ask for the room service guy but he was very nice and helped us get comfortable. Honestly the room service guy gave us more information on where to find things at the hotel than main desk did. I Will be staying here again soon.

Ok stay
Staff friendly, however our ice bucket was filled with cigarette and ash and we were in a non smoking room. We found a housecleaning staff member for new bucket and they did provide, but finding that in room made us feel like room wasn't properly cleaned.
