Was very pleased with my 3 nights stay. The staff was very professional and accommodating. My room was beautiful and smelt like freshly washed bedding, the bed felt like a cloud and the shower was amazing! I would definitely recommend 👌

Like: 1. Pets stayed for free and had walking areas around the hotel 2. Clean rooms Dislike: 1. Staff should give information about parking, ie to use the room access key to get in and out of parking garage 2. We were instructed to park on the 6th floor where there is no cover, while the rest of the parking structure is empty.

I absolutely loved my stay here. The check in was extremely easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The area is very clean quiet and nice. The room was exactly as pictured and everything was clean and well kept. With anything we needed the staff was just a simple call away. The parking is also very convenient. You can use their valet or park outside on the street which is just right out the hotel. Will definitely be staying here again and I highly recommend!

I can get away from it all and still be 24 minutes away from home just in case my dog needs me! Yes, i could bring him but he's anti social.

The area around it wasn’t bad. It’s by the airport so I didn’t expect much. However the service when we asked for help with the luggage was not so great. The front desk told us the carts were out front. The valet person was more help than the front desk and he was running around helping customers with their cars. I wish I knew his name. Other that that I don’t have anything bad to say about the rooms

Super clean and options for eating were great there if you don't want to drive. Parking is walkable, but for a few dollars more you can choose valet.

I had issues with expedia it is the second time this has happened. I tried to check in and the attendent could not find my reservation. I was on the phone trying to get this cleared up for over an hour. There was some issue with expedia not transferring over my booking to the fossa website that they do their booking on. (someone forgot to complete their job)The attendant also kept telling me to cancel but that if we rebook the prices was going to be higher due to it being last min and the first attendent did not want to price match. she was an issue in itslef because idk if it was a language barrier but she kept running in circles of what needed to be done. I just felt that it was just messy on both part but the second attendent with was very helpful once she stepped in she just said she was going to bill expedia but over all the hotel itslef was nice just the booking through expedia might as well book directly through the hotel. Because imagine if there was no more available rooms like where would we go.

Front desk checked me olinand attachedy bonvoy number to the reservation even though I didn't have it on my phone. The room was fine but it was out of body wash. I expected some better benefit with my Bonvoy account but didn't get it
