"Friendly service. Good view because the Hotel is almost on the top of the hill. The server in the restaurant is nice. One morning I rushed to attend the Mass and asked her to pack up my food for later used. Honestly it is not allowed. Once she knew my intention, she was happy to do it for me. I have to say thanks. Furthermore the people working in the reception are also helpful and friendly. Always 😀"

"As important the location and the property cleanliness are, what is most important to me is the human touch. Home, away from home. Couple of words about two staff members, Jose Miguel the kindest person I met so far and Stella who helped me with my cell sim pin number. "Reception staff were great. Comfortable space. Clean. Tried to get something to eat at the bar but we were ushered to the restaurant with had a set price menu that was more expensive than we wanted to pay. Went into town and found a great pizza that was cheap."

"Hotel overlooks a lovely castle and Jesuit seminary. Only one other hotel/hostel in the area with nothing else around apart from a religious souvenir shop. Hotel very much in need of up-dating but staff very friendly. We were offered a double room but the twin was bigger if very out-dated. Also no sound-proofing between rooms and en-suites, which definitely need up-dating."

"Our nine days at Eneko's house were perfect. From the spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated house with all (and more) necessities to the gorgeous surroundings, we couldn't have had a better vacation. Beautiful city and great hotel.
"A traditional hotel in the heart of Pamplona, situated in the main square where the running of the bulls takes place. The rooms are very big, lots of space and very large bathroom. You can fit two people in the bath also has a large shower and two sinks. We had a balcony that overlooked the street where the bulls would run, additional furniture was a coffee table and two chairs to relax in front of the balcony. For its size the room could benefit from an extra wardrobe. The service was excellent, if you need to park you drive your car up to the entrance and it is valet parked for you at no cost. The key you hand back each time you come and go. You couldn’t ask for a better location, outside is the beautiful square where you can sit and soak up the atmosphere and have a delicious ice cream. A few minutes walk is the bull ring where you can learn about the history of bull running. So many lovely places to each a few minutes walk away. We used the city bikes to cycle further out to the ciudadela, which were cheap to pick up and drop off at charging points (fully electric). The hotel recommend La olla which was exceptional. You also have to try Bar Gaucho for some pinchos. "
