Good Day Richard,Thank you for taking the time to provide a review of your experience. Sadly, within the past week we had a guest that was rather intoxicated and fell asleep while filling their bathtub. This resulted in several of our guest rooms below to be pretty severely damaged from the late-night flood that wasn't realized until the water had been pouring into the below rooms for over an hour. Due to this we were unable to accommodate some folks who had reservations with us. We did make every attempt to be proactive in notifying Expedia of the incident and asked that they assist us in establishing alternate properties for those guests to stay at. I apologize that you were negatively affected by the situation, and I would be more than happy to discuss the matter with you further if you wish. You are welcome to reach out to the property directly and ask to speak with Shawn and we can discuss further. Very poor staff communications (not English speakers!). Listed "Breakfast included" but was not included. "Bare bones" facility, too many quality places to stay in Longmont, I won't go back here.

Our electricity was shut off for a day because of hurricane force winds. I had tons of work to do, so my daughter reserved this room for me. It also had a full size fridge so I was able to save over $150 of meat from my freezer. The room was good for getting work done and the bed is comfy. I did not like that the parking was pretty full and there was no place to park even temporarily to check in and unload things.

No front desk employee up front for quite a while. Several guests standing around waiting for check in. Later in the stay we went to request a crib and could not locate staff again. Lobby phone said to push 0 for assistance but no answer. General manager card at the desk, called the number and no answer.

I love the location and the size of the room. Around the hotel you can find some restaurants, grocery stores and a nice mall. Those places are very convenient. I didn't like that I have to wait more than 20 minutes in my check in because nobody was at the front desk when I arrived. For an unknown reason they told me that they have some problems with the reservations made trough Expedia and this wasn't the exception. They have some issues with my payment method and their system to approve it, and because of that, I had to go back several times to the front desk because the keys didn't open my room. After that, I had to be at the front desk every other day because the keys of my room stop working. That was very annoying to me.

Worst experience ever. Staff was rude, my room was gross (dirty sink, shower, mirror) I had to go to walmart and buy clorox wipes to do it myself because housekeeping was gone by the time we checked in, we were told we would get housekeeping on Wednesday, they did not come so when I asked again they said Thursday, never came. I called down multiple times throughout the trip asking for towels, toilet paper, trash removal ect since we never got housekeeping, I was told they would be right up to the room, never came so I constantly was having to go down to the desk myself. Then on top of that, I was charged twice for my stay. To get in contact with a manager is a JOKE, I was charged on the 12th and did not realize until the 19th. I called the hotel, from the 19th - 27th, I called everyday and kept being told I would have to talk to Sean the manager, I constantly asked when he would be in and then would call when they said he would be there and he was never there, I was not able to leave a voicemail as his box was full, I did leave multiple notes with the front desk staff to have him call me. Finally on the 27th I got in contact with him and he told me not a problem he would refund me one of the charges, and that he would email me a receipt showing that. I never received any email from him. Yesterday, I woke up to another charge of 796.04 to my card instead of a refund. I again called the hotel asking to speak with Sean, after 3 times of "transferring" me and getting hung up on h

The hotel was very nice except the smell from the disinfectant was absolutely terrible. I opened the window in the room right away but it didn’t really help much. They need to change their cleaning supplies because the smell is horrible and strong.

Need Management Help
Got to the hotel at 1 AM. They had sold one of our rooms already. The cleaning staff had walked out that day, we went to the one room they did have for us and it was filthy; the sheets had not been changed stains all over the place we had to change our own sheets, we had to clean the bathroom ourselves. Two people in our party had to get sent to another motel, which was run much more professionally.
