"First time visiting Long Beach. Good rate for this hotel. Accommodations were nice. Older motel but they have done remodeling in the room and kept up nice comfy bed! The outdoor area was super cute with corn hole and patio area to hang with fireplaces. Wish the weather was nicer when we visited to take advantage. Short walk through dunes to the beach. Would definitely stay here again. "

"This was our first time in Ilwaco , the people in town are very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed walking next door to a distillery offering cidar tasting. The motel is need of some repairs but it’s easily overlooked by the very kind man, woman at the front desk and who can forget about Tiger. I would happily stay here again"

"The beds were dirty. We found slippers and dirt in the sheets, when I told the front office she handed me new bedding to change myself and we paid over 300.00 a night. Will not stay here again. "
