I’ve stayed here several times but this time they were running behind and didn’t have all the rooms ready by 4:00, which is check in. Also, the staff seemed a bit disorganized. The parking lot has several big potholes that I think have gotten bigger since last year. They really need to fix them as only one is marked with a cone. I love the view of the dunes and ocean. The path is nicely paved most the way to the ocean and then it’s an easy walk over the sand. The hotel rooms have a nice size refrigerator and microwave, which is always handy. My next visit will be in one of the condos with a kitchen for a longer stay.

It was a nice property. Not one to stay in on hot days, with no a.c. Maybe that's common here? They were open about this online.

The bed was awful. So uncomfortable. Was in pain all night. Their hot tub area was slippery amusing me to slip and fall. The stairs to the hot tub didn’t have any grip tape

The recent remodel was nice. Bathroom needs some hooks to hang towels and clothes. The microwaves should be a little bigger. Unable to warm tall baby bottles. The lack of maid service is s little inconvenient, but the staff was very nice and helpful.

The stove top took a long time to warm up and then it would turn off. No working can opener the bed that’s on. The living room is awful to sleep on. The bed in the bedroom is very nice. Overall it was clean and very comfortable to stay.

This is an affordable getaway to the beach. good value. has pool and hot tub. beach and the trail right outside back door. I recommend this. it is not fancy, but neither is the price.

The people who work there are sweet but our room wasn’t ready at check in time even though we’d been waiting almost 2 hrs. While our room was clean, the tub was poorly glazed and you could still see the chips in it. The wall behind the toilet wasn’t painted. You had to go to the front desk every time you wanted to use the pool (there wasn’t always someone there). The pool area felt more like a High School pool than a Resort. There was nothing but uncomfortable benches to sit on. Overall the property just felt rundown and neglected. On a positive note, the bed was quite comfortable.

We love the location and the rooms are clean. The outside is very rundown amd needs a facelift. The bed was horribly hard and couldn't sleep on it without making a pad with yhe comforter. My husband slep on the couch the whole time.
