Staff were very friendly and always on hand to help.
Breakfast was spot on. Although two lattes ordered independently were at best tepid.
The room wasn't worth the price.
When I first turned on the TV, it didn't work, after looking around I found all the leads pushed down the back of the cabinet. The power cable was live.
We switched off the AC/Heater after an hour as it made a constant loud whining noise. The towel rail was not connected to the heater system, but the sign above it said it was hot.
The bed, which I believe was a King size, had a duvet on it that did not touch both sides of the bed simultaneously.
After the second night there seemed to be a very very light coating of dust in the room, that had appeared overnight.
I think the room had been recently refurbed and maybe needed re checking.
Prior to our stay, we had sent an email telling you it was our wedding anniversary and we would appreciate a nice view - my wife thought this was a silly thing to request as if we're in London, what else could the view be, well that request was ignored and my email not acknowledged as we had a view of the hotel lobby roof.
