Booked a cosy room for one night. It did what it said on the tin. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was small, but that's what I expected. The complimentry continental breakfast was nice and arrived on time. Room was clean. Only issues were that my feet hung off the end of the bed and not much room between end of bed and wall/mounted TV. Also, pillows were too hard for me. Shower was excellent (powerful - rainfall & direct spray). In summary - a great hotel for the price and convenient location - easy walk to Picadilly & District lines. Ideal for one night and good for the price. I am happy to recommend this hotel for this purpose.

Never come back, not worth the money.
The hotel is very expensive but it is too old, small and dirty. Carpet and toilet were not cleaned properly. No elevator for almost 10 days, and no compensation were offered. Breakfast was terrible simple and cheap, always same. Everything looked filthy.

We paid for a Classic Queen with full breakfast. We were given a double with continental breakfast. Were told when we got to the hotel that they don’t offer queen. Not sure how that was advertised on the website?

The overall experience of staying at Seraphine was pleasant, however the KFC next door is inhabited by a few homeless men who make a ruckus, especially in the evenings. I hope the council can look into this and provide some sort of support to clear out that area.

Not bad, not great, just good.
Overall good place to stay, wish there was more choice at the breakfast buffet and the room wasn't what was shown in the picture, seemed like (from the pictures) we were give a standard room not the superior room we paid for. Bed was super comfy and quiet and the bathroom was decent. I'd come back.

Customer service could be better, room was fine, clean, and certainly no smaller than you would expect from a hotel room of this sort in a large city. To be clear, there is no "close-by" parking, and it's expensive. The person at the desk wasn't able to tell me where the parking was, she told me to Google it to find it (but couldn't tell me what to Google). A piece of paper with an address to Google would have helped immensely.

The room I stayed in had building work going on from 8.30 in the morning, I was recovering from surgery and that was the last thing I needed!
