The hotel is in an excellent location. Just 1 1/2 blocks from Kensington Garden, many restaurants in the neighborhood and close to two tube stops. The staff's answer to any question we had was "I don't know" and there was no follow up find out any information for us. Only a woman in the breakfast room was pleasant and helpful. The hotel could definitely use some refurbishment and updating but, for the price and the location, it was a good deal.
