Never in my life have I been so terrified to stay somewhere. There were loud noises all night. The pictures are not the same place. There is no beautiful turkish spa. There was crap on the wall. The bathroom toilet was dirty. Rain was dripping in over the bed soaking me through the night. It rained onto my luggage, their TV, and the bathroom as well. HORRIFIC stay. I thought my son and I were gong to be trafficked. I didn't sleep the entire night. A red flag was when they asked for my sons passport. I asked why. They said we need to make sure he is your son( he has a different last name but I didn't say anything to see what they would do or ask if that were really true) Well they took a photo copy of his passport( a minor) and didn't ask any further questions. If the reason was to make sure I am his mother and not trafficking him then more should have been asked. DO NOT STAY HERE> Be Safe.

We had to ask to get a new bulb for 2 lights a remote for the air con and the remote changed for the TV

Everything was broken and smelly, even the remote for the tv had been tape and still not working the cupboard in the room was broken, bathroom broken then there was a very strong bad smell from the bathroom

Don't even bother considering
Fixtures hanging off walls, stains on the bedroom and bathroom walls, a horrible smell of stale cigarette smoke, filthy floors. This was more like your single, disorganised friend's unkempt apartment than a hotel room. To boot, the staff were incredibly dismissive and at points even inappropriate to my partner when I wasn't around. Cannot overstate enough - stay away from this place.

Recommended for short stays
Location is centrally located only 30 minutes away by bus from the center of London. Service was very good with the staff being very helfpul. Overall conditions in the room left a little to be desired though especially the bathroom which needed a bit of renovation. Having said that, bed and pillows were comfortable so not too much to complain. Cleanliness was ok as well.

The rooms are definitely not like they are advertised in the photos. Really disappointed with our stay as it was our first trip together and was spoilt by a hotel that was not worth the money.
