Hotel is 10 mins away from airport but 45 minutes to downtown. Room was quiet and clean. Breakfast was included and very good. Had issues with the room phone, the keys and the safe but other than that everything went well.

I can't explain in words how friendly is the staff at this hotel. Breakfast was also absolutely great. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked our next stay.

This was the most terrible holiday inn hotel i have visited, its very noisy, its like a night club all night music smell of Arabic smoking downstairs, the stuff were unprofessional unhelpful

Average Hotel. Rooms were Motel quality. Staff was unfriendly with the exception of 1 staff member at front desk who assisted in charging my portable charger when I went to breakfast. Just a distasteful experience overall. Wi-Fi was poor. Liked nothing about it.

This property is super convenient! The bus stop is right across the street and is so easy to move around. The staff is friendly and very service oriented. ñ The room rate is reasonable, there’s breakfast included which was really good. I think we would definitely stay here again if we come back to London.

It’s 20 minutes from the airport, no shuttle service available. You have to pay to take a local bus to get there and they only run once per hour at night. Should not be allowed to be called Terminal 5 airport

Overall hotel was good and staff was really nice. Couple of things which could have been better. Car parking was full so had to wait for an hour and sofa bed mattress was very uncomfortable and noisy even when used for children.

First room that I was given, had some ventilation issues, and they thankfully changed it to a better room, however it was a bit smaller , which was kind of OK. The electric kettle needed cleaning or replacing as it wasn't usable. Also, the bathroom shower door wasn't properly sealing, hence the water spilling out. Staff was really nice, and supportive. I would say, 4/5 is a justified rating.

The name of the property says T5. It's nowhere near the airport in comparison to other hotels. You can access the hotel via bus, approximately 8 stops. Abit 20 minutes or less for two pounds per person. The staff were friendly, nothing to complain about.

When I arrived my room was so cold I felt like I was outside. I had hoped to go to bed shortly after my arrival but it was clear that wasn’t going to happen. I turned up the heat all the way with no improvement after an hour, so the team brought a portable heater to the room. It took a few hours before that felt warm enough that I could go to sleep, but then of course in the middle of the night I woke up because I had left it on high waiting to get warm enough to fall asleep. It was a pretty miserable experience. To their credit- the staff was kind and did absolutely everything they could. Honestly, they just shouldn’t even rent that hotel room or should make sure to heat before arrival.

When I asked for a heater there was no surprise and no attempt to fix it. They brought a small electric radiator which had a broken wheel. It took all night for the room to warm up. I asked for a room with a bath and the receptionist acknowleged my request, didn't say anything more and therefore I was surprised when my bathroom did not have a bath. The foyer of the hotel was lovely and warm but as soon as you went through any door to any of the corridors, these were freezing and so were the rooms when you entered. The heating did not work in the room.
