The prorperty is very old and parking was unsecure and very limited parking. They are charging for parking without any security of vehicles. The access to the garage was locked whcih made it very inconvenient to get to the hotel. I will not be recommending this property

Not a great area. Our room got downgraded from what we had booked. Parking lot is not secure at all. The arms were broken so anyone could get in and out. Towels in room were dirty as well as the tub. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The staff were the only good part of this hotel.

The wall is very thin, basically I can hear the entire conversation from the next room. I didn’t have a good sleep either, the water pipe and heat pipe keep making noises and woke me up several time at night. And parking is $24 for overnight, kinda pricey, was expecting something like $15 maximum only.

Construction going on on Wellington, nothing the hotel can do about it, but it does prove to be a bit of a nightmare trying to get around it, especially if you take public transport or try to walk. Overall, the hotel was lovely, rooms are large and spacious, brightly lit, very comfortable mattress, check in and out was smooth and all staff were very friendly and helpful.

Two of four elevators were out of commission and long waits. Everything closed very early on Sunday and holiday Monday so nothing onsite including vending machines or coffee shop, tuck shop. Ice machine out of order. Neighbourhood a bit sketchy to walk around later at night looking for snacks or convenience store. Improve onsite amenities please so we don't have to use Skip or Ubereats.

Blocks from restaurants and shopping. 10 minute walk from Budweiser Gardens and 15 minutes from Richmond at pubs and restaurants. Very nice accommodations and very comfortable beds.
