I would recommend this property. However I would like to point out that there were two bartenders who were amazing and one bartender/ waiter not sure who he was maybe the supervisor was very rude the way he treated the customers and his peers where not acceptable.There was also a weird smell before you got on the elevator that was pretty potent but you did not smell it beyond the doors of the floor. Everything else was really good and the staff was nice as well.

The entire experience wasn’t enjoyable, we entered our room to see to maintenance men working on the AC with tools and ladders. After we arrived back to the room there was no water to the property. We ordered room service and the items we wanted weren’t available. We then ordered food from outside the hotel which arrived before our drinks. The staff were apologetic, however, we were already disappointed and frustrated. Not the birthday experience my partner had hoped for!

Very small rooms. Sink was plugged and they asked to wait for the morning to have someone come up and repair. Blood on Duvet from previous guests and we asked them to change when they serviced room. They did not change it and were bothered when we asked them to come back and change. They left an opened and slightly used water bottle from previous guests as one of the water bottles for us to use.

Great location, easy access to public transportation. The hotel however needs improvements- dirty carpets, rundown bathrooms and showers, chip blankets - all these do not hold on to the hotel name as Double Tree by Hilton! The foyer has a very strong odor of some kind of airfreshner, which was unbearable… too much chemicals and dangerous for guests health.

The property was in an excellent location, 2 min walk from Victoria Station, and easy walk to Wesminster Abbey, and Buckingham palace. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I would stay there again!!!

The room allotted to us didn't have shower bath - only tub bath. Upon requesting a room change, we were told that no rooms were available. When checking out, when asked how was the stay, I expressed my displeasure at the shower situation. I was told that I would be given some points to compensate for it, whatever that is - I am yet to hear from the hotel.

Staff are wonderful. Room conditions are rather poor. Our first room had water leaking through the overhead light in the bathroom. We were quickly moved to another room. It smelled of mold. Window latch was broken off so unable to get in fresher. Our friends room has a clogged shower drain and toilet that didn't flush. Food at breakfast was excellent.

Hilton Hotel -Walking distance to Victoria Station
We stayed over after a cruise and it was great. The staff from the front desk to the restaurant were so efficient and friendly. The 2 concierges we interacted with gave us wonderful restaurant references and ideas for what to see in London in a day and made reservations for the hop on hop off bus and arranged for transportation to the airport on the day we left.Warm cookies were a nice touch.

Definitely Recommend
I found the Doubletree hotel on the app. Its location close to Victoria Station sold me as well as the DT/Marriott brand. Excellent service from front desk to wait staff!
