Our room looked different than the pictures, a little smaller. There was no room to leave a big luggage open. We had to close it up so we can move around. But overall the bed was big and comfortable and room was clean. I wish they had free breakfast, £39/person is a lot of money for what they offer.

Upon arrival we asked about eating options in the area. We received no help, no recommendations, no information. The rooms are tiny. They would be fine for a single person, not more. Big bed, yes. The common area, or living room, is clean. The rooms are clean. However, we found that attempting to reuse the towels from day to day is difficult since the towels don’t dry in time to use the next day if left hanging in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet is very good.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The food and bar were also great! I love the iPad in the rooms controlling everything, made it a lot easier to navigate. The beds were surprisingly comfy, and the bathroom area was super spacious.
