My room was clean and the staff were nice and helpful. The size of my room (a double) was just fine for me and is probably big enough for a couple. Five minute walk to Paddington station, and there are a plenty of cafes, bodegas, and restaurants around the area. That said, if you are looking for more posh, four star hotel type treatment, go look for somewhere else. The price of the hotel seems to be slightly better than the same type hotels in London, where things have gotten ridiculously expensive.

Hotel hit all the spots. It has been well modernized, having all of the expectations of a new build hotel including quiet air conditioning. Room was reasonably spacious and the bathroom was clean and practical with a wonderful shower.

Ideal for a short visit and solo traveller. Single room was quite small but excellent value for money if its a short stay. Bus stops very close by.

We really loved how close the property was to shopping and transportation. The Hop-On Hop Off is about 1 minute walk away and the train station which you can use to/from airport is about 5 minutes away.

Excellent location, close to Paddington and Hyde Park. The room was small but well designed, modern and comfortable. Very good breakfast and helpful friendly staff. Would highly recommend for short stays.

We stayed two nights. We stayed one night in regular rooms and the other night in executive rooms. Money counted. During the first stay, front desk men were not kind enough. However, During the second stay, we were welcomed. In general, I would recommend this hotel. I will stay here for my future travel.

Great overnight stay before flying out to Heathrow in this small but very clean room. The bed, shower and provided towels were all excellent. The location is great for walks through Hyde Park and it is a short walk to/from Paddington Station.

I stayed four nights total , 2 before and 2 after a trip to Western England. Lovely hotel, nice modern rooms and very comfortable beds. The front desk people and housekeepers were very pleasant. The most comfortable stays I have had in London. Will definitely return whenever staying in London!

Second time staying at the Delmere before flying home to the US. It’s a great option; two blocks from Paddington Station and the Heathrow Express, tons of great restaurants within walking distance and the hotel itself has modern, clean rooms. I’ve stayed on the lower level at the back and it’s super quiet.

It is a nice hotel - lovely room if a little poky bathroom. Bfast is overpriced for what it is but fine Very convenient location and price overall make this a good 1 night place in London

Rooms are tiny which is on course for more affordable options in London. We stayed in another, slightly less "nice" place that we liked better and had free breakfast so this felt like a bit of a let down. Also scratchy pillowcases which was weird. But close to Paddington and staff was very nice, room was clean but there was an LED clock on bottom of tv that I couldn't figure out how to turn down or off (had to cover the whole tv with a towel) as it was like a spotlight!

Wow, nice hotel near Pendington Station! I absolutely loved my stay here and I would definitely choose to stay here again. You'll be happy to know that there's a fantastic Thai restaurant nearby that serves delicious Thai food at really affordable prices. You should definitely check it out if you're a fan of Thai cuisine!

Nice facilities. Not very practical.
The location is good and the rooms are renovated. However, the bathroom was so small you had to sit with your knees under the sink. My husband is 5ft 8in and was struggling. I have no idea how someone taller or wider would have fit. Also the tiles in the shower were so slippery that I slipped and hurt my foot on the side when stepping in. The rooms are incompatible with multi-point adapters. If you're a traveler these are a must but we couldn't use them here. Now I have UK adapters I will probably never use again. Also even though it's advertised, THERE IS NO LAUNDRY ROOM AVAILABLE. It was REALLY inconvenient to take our laundry to a different neighborhood to do our laundry. It wouldnt have been a big deal if we hadn't specifically selected somewhere where we would not have to do that. I would recommend setting up a service for pick up/drop off in advance. We couldnt because it was too late by the time we found out. Finally, the breakfast is an extra fee that really isnt worth it. Its an American style continental breakfast not an English style breakfast buffet even though it says "buffet". Disappointing since many hotels have much better breakfast. Not a big deal if you dont pay extra. Meanwhile they tried to charge me for extra days because they are disorganized and didn't realize I had already paid. Overall, it's a nice place but it wasnt up to expectations.

Great hotel and conveniently situated.
Stayed for one night as we were going to see a show. The reception staff were very welcoming, the room was compact but had everything we needed and it was spotlessly clean and had up to date fixtures and fittings. The breakfast buffet was continental only, but it was well stocked with cereals, fruit, fresh croissant and pancakes. The lady who was front of house in the restaurant was so friendly and efficient, and went the extra mile by checking that we had everything we needed, keeping the buffet stocked, and she even baked additional croissants for my husband. Overall I would say the hotel is conveniently placed, (being just a short walk from Paddington station), very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it.

My flight to UK was delayed so I needed to overnight at short-notice. I booked your hotel via Hotel.com 2 hrs befor my arrival and recieved a successful booking and reciept. I arrived at your hotel in the early hours of the morning and your desk manager would not give me a room and insisted I pay another £109 and then claim back the difference from Hotels.com. When I suggested I would complain and write to Trust Pilot.....miraculously.....he rang someone and suddenly a room was available. This is not acceptable.

Small, cozy room in the heart of London
Good staff, polite and friendly but couldn't even let us check in an hour early since check-in was at 3pm. OVerall a good location, the hotel has been renovated, with new fixtures, but a bit small but cozy (isn't it though in London), good price. But a bit noisy with the doors slamming.

For a single traveler on business through London for just a couple of days (in and out) this hotel is perfect. Well located, close to Paddington station. The room was good and kind of well decorated.
