The dining was not providing a lot of options meal wise. Disappointed at the prices on the menu given; options were limited. Also, did not like the pasta I had ordered. Waited over an hour for our bill. Expressed the disappointment in the meal and was still expected to pay in addition to a service fee. Beginning of our stay we stayed there. Left a pair of sandals. Asked where housekeeping stored them. Returned to the hotel four days later prior to flying home and no one knew where the sandals went. Room was very stuffy. Price was decent given the other prices in London centre. Beds were comfortable.

A very nice hotel and I was pleasantly surprised as to how quiet it was considering it was across the street from Heathrow Airport. Once inside the hotel I never heard one plane taking off or landing.
