The hotel was adequate and served our purpose. It was very close to tram lines serving all parts of the city. The staff were very friendly and the rooms very clean and functional, if small. The surrounding area had few services. The hotel dining room was not operating much of the time we were there.

VOLEURS À FUIR
1: réservation de 2 chambres, à l'arrivée une seule disponible, en me faisant croire que je n'y comprenais rien !!! 2 : transfert dans un autre ibis de la ville à ma charge 45 euros !!!! 3 : j'ai payé ma chambre, et j'ai été débitée une deuxième fois, de la chambre que je n'ai jamais eue, et selon eux jamais réservée !!! Donc 200 euros de chambre plus 45 euros de Uber !!!! Pour un Ibis à St Étienne, excusez moi mais vous ne les valez pas ! 4 : je leur demande de bien s'assurer que je ne sois pas débitée 2 fois , et la réponse a été :"Mme nous sommes Ibis, et nous n'avons aucune trace de votre réservation , quand même ! Nous sommes sérieux et nous ne débitons jamais en double nos clients !!!" TU PARLES ! 5 : impossible d'obtenir le remboursement : on me demande tout un tas de preuves (fournies) alors qu'ils ont bien encaissé 2 paiements pour quelqu'un qu'ils ne connaissent pas selon eux !! 6 : cela fait 4 ou 5 fois que je leur demande, et toujours là même attitude : ce n'est pas nous, c'est hôtels.com, on ne vous connais pas, êtes vous sûre d'être venue chez nous, vous devez vous tromper de ville !!! UNE HONTE !!! Donc je me fous de savoir si c'est l'hôtel où le site , sur mon compte j'ai 2 débits de 99,38 euros "hôtel ibis St etienne" et les 2 Uber pour 45 euros. Je tente par ici une dernière fois par voie amiable. Si pas de retour sous peu, cela par courrier RAR à l'hôtel et organismes compétents ! C'est une honte !
