"Last minute deal , firstly the food is good staff are fantastic bar person working really hard his name was mario he's was always pleasant even when people are rude , secondly our room had issue's not able to plug chargers in or hair straighteners because plug sockets are attached to the dresser i did speak to reception and they are going to sort this but the room was clean yes the carpets need changed but they where clean we would return "

"The hotel was fantastic. View was amazing staff were friendly. Breakfast was plentiful and we had great walking paths all the way to the next town. I would say the only downside is there was no dedicated parking for hotel guests so when the park is busy you may not have parking for your car. The other downside is that the motor sports on the Loch are quite noisy and continue into the night hours."

"The location is great with walk way along the river and it is closer to most shops for those that fancy home made food. Lots of parking space and it is secure. Notwithstanding, the Wifi was rubbish. Perhaps this was just something unusual because I told the staff, that I could not use the wifi due to low strength and constant disconnection."

"Lodge was great however the shower wasn't working, no hot water. We raised the issue with the property manager and to his credit he responded very quickly can came to the property to see if he could fix the issue. He couldn't but after a few calls advised that someone would be arriving to fix the problem and we would be contacted. We never received any call or update so decided to cut our holiday short and leave. The bathroom sink also started to leak which restricted where we could wash. Its been nearly a week since we left and still no correspondence, poor customer service."
