In summary the hotel has many positives, both the service provided by the staff and cleanliness are superb. The only thing to stop it getting full marks is that it is starting just to look a little tired and dated.

Lovely place. Outdoor Pool could do with a redesign to release more space. No one used the walkway or kids pool. Hampered the lifeguards view. Friendly staff. Food was good and varied. Our Room was very good, lovely bathroom. Short walk to fenals beach and to the bus station.

Good value resort hotel
Typical Spanish resort hotel, which seemed popular with French tourists. Rooms located on 4 floors, surrounding the pool. Nice area around the excellent outdoor pool to sunbathe. Indoor pool is excellent for the months at the beginning and end of the summer season. Breakfast was really extensive and was better than expected for this type of hotel. The beach is a 10 minute stroll from the hotel. Parking was a bit pricey at 13.50 Euros per day and it was disappointing that the hotel was still charging for use of the room safe and the room fridge. Overall, happy with the hotel and I would stay at this hotel again on any future visits to Lloret de Mar.

In the description Expedia mention minibar in each room, which is not accurate, you have to pay 3 euros a day if you want to have minibar. The staff was super nice, except for a lady in the reception. The food option in the chiringuito where limited expectially for kid options. Breakfast and dinner where super good.

a pleasant holiday hotel
Nice modern rooms, friendly staff and a nice pool area and a very relaxing spa with a steam room, hot tubs etc. Guests tend to be older with no kids, which makes for quieter surroundings.

5 mins from beach with awesome service
My wife and I stayed here for 6 days, while my son played in a soccer tournament. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Key things that we really liked were, the front desk ladies were very helpful, the evening bartenders were awesome make sure you ask for their specialty drink its very refreshing. The hotel had evening shows, we watched the magic and the Donna Summer show. Both were excellent and got the audience involved. Breakfast had a good selection and the food was good. We had a rental car and it usually took us 10-15 mins to find free parking around the area. Hotel offers on-site parking for a daily fee. The only thing I would suggest they improve is the AC units and faster internet. Room go down to about 74F, if they can go down to about 69 or 70F that would be great.

Very nice
Great stay and very reasonably priced. Excellent location good for Fenals beach and the middle of Lloret a short walk away. The hotel itself was lovely.. great staff and facilities.. the pool spa and steam room well worth a visit! We were bed and breakfast and the buffet was excellent. I would definitely recommend for a good qualit6 reasonably priced holiday in Lloret.

Nice hotel, refurbished rooms , 90 tv channels but only 2 in English and they are news channels. Russians, French and Italians have tv entertainment but most clients staying seem to be English. Good food, a wide selection on the buffet. Pleasant and helpful staff, my hotel of choice in Llorett

Overrated, understaffed, not value for money
This overrated hotel that should be 1 or 2 stars only is badly understaffed. Staff are rude, patronising and inefficient. WIFI is the biggest crap I've ever experienced during my 11 nights at this highly disappointing hole. The lifts did not work during 7 days. So this hotel is not advised for the elderly. Included breakfast was of a very poor quality in a restaurant full of safety risks due to the lack of adequate logistics to cater 500 people within a very hot environment as the entire airconidioning in the hotel does not work properly. Aircon in the room is okay. Rooms are okay. Toiletries are a complete disgrace, starting with the industrial shampoo offered. Lots of hidden costs: one has to pay for the use of a safe box which is essential, taxes and other duty taxes not displayed. Issues with my reservation and very rude receptionist unable to help. The manager of the bar, a guy with white hair is an abusive and rude person. He came to ask me to leave the pool as I was consuming a bottle of water not purchased at his bar. The entertainment offered by this bar is a joke. Really for kids only. The hotel is greatly located and there are many great restaurants around and good shopping. The gym is a very outdated place with ancient equipment and it is a sauna due to the poor airconidioning. The pool gets "reserved" at 7 am with people that put their towels in the sun beds without even coming to the pool until 10 or 11 and this happens because they don't have enough staff to t

Good hotel fair price.
Hotel is nice. Staff speaks English, friendly and helpful. Showed me where to park my car for free. Stayed here because my friend's apartment is close to this hotel. Did not try any of the hotel's amenities so I cannot comment on these. Good for the price. Fair value.

Goed dat het een uitgebreid hotel is. Wel jammer dat je voor drinken moet betalen en jammer dat het steeds de zelfde eten is. Hotel is schoon. Badkamer ziet er prima uit.

Hotel nicht weit vom Strand für einen Kurzurlaub
Positiv ist das Personal beim Frühstück und Abendbrot zu erwähnen. Hier sind wirklich alle sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Die zusätzlichen Preise für die Getränke zum Abendessen (Halbpension) empfand ich als sehr hoch. Das Hotel ist insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen. Für die vielen Gäste gibt es lediglich zwei Fahrstühle, denen man das Alter bereits anmerkt. Die Minibar im Zimmer muss man bei Nutzung an der Rezeption anmelden. Parkplätze kann man in einem naheliegenden Parkhaus für 20 Euro anmieten. Der Pool ist überwacht - hier ist Personal steht’s zur Stelle. Die Getränke im Pool Bereich sind ebenfalls teuer. Insgesamt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt absolut ok.

Hôtel très agréable et propre personnel accueillant et souriant par contre il y’a pas de places disponibles autour et le parking n’est pas réservable via expédia donc il faut tourner un moment avant de trouver une place qui n’est pas à côté de l’hôtel et ne plus bouger la voiture. Ensuite la salle de sport devrait être libre d’accès mais il faut réserver. Les équipements devrait être renouvelés car trop anciens et en panne. Le premier soir nous sommes restés bloqués dans l’ascenseur quelques minutes. Sinon séjour agréable.
