"5 Star Property… beautiful farm location with amazing coastal views. Olive trees, horses, grape vines, flowers, etc. We enjoyed staying in the Lemon; The beds are comfy and large with perfectly fluffed pillows. Breakfast is tasty with plenty of options. Updated bathroom with bathrobes, extra towels, and blow dryer. Shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. Highly recommend "

"We had a really lovely holiday- the apartment was as described and had everything we needed - the location was absolutely great for our dog who could run around freely and for us as our favorite towns San Gimignano, Volterra, Lucca and Pisa were within an hour driving distance. "This property is the most wonderful experience you can have. Would highly recommend, Daniella is an amazing host and will help out with any issues you have. You never feel imposed upon just assisted. We had 3 young children and every day Daniella would leave new toys out for the kids to play with. It truly is a brilliant family experience. "We stayed in one of Giulio and Marco’s new apartments for a week and had a fantastic time. The amenities, pool, olive groves and sunsets are beautiful. It was easy to get to Pisa and Lucca (20 min) each. Giulio was extremely generous with his time, giving us a detailed tour of the farm and explaining how he is planning to increase biodiversity. Both he and Marco also provided lots of helpful tips on making the most of the area. Definitely recommend!"

"This place should be calle Miramosquito instead of Miramare. This is an outright camp site. And the reality is that you should be prepared to deal with the huge insects that feast on your blood. Bring your bug spray. "10min walk to the nearest train station to get to other areas of italy such as florence and cinque terre. 15min walk to the tower of Pisa. Clean chalet, friendly & helpful staff, shop/cafe/restaurant on site. Kitchen area equipped with basics for cooking, there is no kettle,toaster, oven or microwave - just a 4 ringed gas hob which i feel could be improved more. Lots of mosquitos so ensure you pack repellant. Towels to hire. Good quality supermarket 10min walk away. I would definitely stay here...
