"Great outdoor area for breakfast in the sunshine, There was ample heating inside during the very cold nights we were there. Rooms were large and had ample hanging space. Dani (host) was very proactive and helpful when she realised there was a mistake on the stayz website regarding the availability of the original house we had tried to book through stayz."

"I absolutely loved my time at ‘The Apartment on Mica’ Peter and Debbie were exceptional hosts, who went above and beyond in every way possible to ensure we had a fantastic trip. Within moments of meeting Peter we felt as though we were a part of the family, and am looking forward to staying again, on my next trip to Broken Hill. 10/10 recommended staying here, you won’t be disappointed, a little slice of luxury so close to town. Emaroo Cottages Broken Hill
4.0 star property
9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (69)
"This lovely, well equipped cottage had everything one needed when staying in Broken Hill. It was about two kilometres from the railway station - an eady 30 minute walk, but close to bus stops that ran between 8.00am and 5.00pm. Supermarkets were a five mknute walk away. The cottage had two bedrooms, kitchen, family room, large bathroom and laundry. It was spotlessly clean and relatively quiet. There was a carport if you have a car."

Outback Cottage Cottage

"A two week touring holiday taking in some of Australia’s outback heritage towns and cities of which Broken Hill was one. Our property was well furnished and comfortable, cooling was on at arrival. Andrea the host phoned to confirm we were at property and that everything was as per booking ( it was). Easy to park and car was under cover. The property was dog friendly too, but the courtyard wasn’t so couldn’t leave dog unattended but this was a minor in an otherwise lovely stay."

"we were desperate to get any accommadation overnight it appeared everything was booked out and it was 43 degrees on our arrival - we initially had an issue getting access into the property so communication after confirmation of the booking could be improved and instructions for the operation of the evaporative air conditioning would have been handy otherwise once we were set up the stay over was great"

"This was a beautiful property offering a lovely room that was well presented & spacious with access to the balcony. It was rather disappointing that the restaurant & bar were also closed during the duration of our stay - these are features that sway a booking, so it seemed a little deceptive. However overall we had a very enjoyable stay."
