"Was ok ,, stay over for 2 night for my 60th birthday but nothing special,room basic and had an issue with the room card day 2 and thought staff was a bit rude asking me for id when I had card in my hand ! Didn't drink in the bar or eat as thought the hotel would have done steak etc on menu but it was poor choices Won't stay again"

"Very kind, helpful staff. They helped us understand the city and informed us about amenities the hotel offers, such as showing my room key at certain restaurants for a discount. We also left very early morning, and they were very helpful in booking us a taxi to pick us up outside the hotel at 3am to take us the Liverpool John Lennon Airport. The room was very clean and comfortable, and was equipped with a small kitchenette (sink, plates, cutlery, fridge, etc)"

"Brilliant location for our concert at the Tung Auditorium, with convenient parking a short walk away. We have stayed many times and always had a wonderful stay. Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and breakfast is always great."
