"I had selected two rooms with walking showers and got two handicapped rooms with beds on the floor and hardly enough room in the shower to turn around. Also, the bathroom had flies everywhere coming up through the drains. I had to kill flies and hope to not bump the shower hose or it would fall down and hit me in the head. My father in law who is late 70s could not get out of the bed being it was on the floor."

"Huge breakfast buffet with made to order omelets. In the evenings it’s heavy hors d’oeuvres and 2 free cocktails in the atrium. The property and rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful."

"Bad experience at the hotel. Room was bad. I informed front desk at check out. The shower had zero water pressure, there was someone else’s hair all in the towels, the TV remote did not work, and I killed two bugs that were in the bed."

"I loved staying at this historic, old world hotel for a week.The rooms are elegant, clean and spacious. I was in town doing wedding planning with my daughter and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly & accommodating. I felt so special. My husband could not be there, so I was traveling alone, yet always felt safe and comfortable. Their drivers were top-notch gentlemen who took me anywhere I needed and promptly picked me up. Their 2 restaurants were wonderful & spiced pecans are out of this world! I’ll be sure to return here each time I visit! Highly recommend!!!"
