We had the privilege of hosting Rebekah, family and friends for a special birthday celebration at The Farmhouse @ Ridgecliff. They were lovely guests, communication was easy and the property was extremely well cared for during their stay. We would welcome them back anytime.

Heather and her extended family came to celebrate her husbands 80th birthday milestone. As an owned and operated family farming and accommodation business we take all guest reviews seriously and are grateful to any guests who take the time to provide feedback. We have had many groups of up to 15 have fabulous stays at the Farmhouse and comment on how well equipped and homely the interior and gardens are. We take great joy in providing a heritage home for friends and family to gather and giving people a family farm experience. During the month of February we had an electrical fault with the bake function of the oven which we tried to fix but has resulted in us needing to purchase a new oven. Due to COVID shipping delays we have been held up receiving the new oven. All guests have been provided with email and text message 3 - 4 weeks prior to their stay advising them of the situation so they can plan their meals accordingly and the options for cooking including stove top, grill, outdoor BBQ and microwave. We confirm they are fully comfortable with the situation prior to arrival as we are aware it is not ideal but like many business we are not immune to the flow on impacts of the COVID pandemic. We also provide guests with our contact details so if during their stay they are not fully satisfied with any aspects of their stay we are on hand to provide workable solutions. In this instance we also personally checked in on the guests and provided them with an opportunity to communicate any requirements or feedback to us directly. We welcome future guests to contact us with any questions they may have when looking to make their booking as we are very aware of how important a quality accommodation experience is. We are currently working on some exciting additional spaces at the Farmhouse that will give large groups even more options to gather, relax and enjoy each others company.
