Very good service but the room has no sound proof walls was very noisy. The bathroom vent don't work if a/c off in the room the bad smell are coming through the vent.

They had construction and they covered the windows by tarp. Also the aircondition was very noisy. The bed was uncomfortable. The parking was so tight. The front desk staff gave us wrong information about the parking and the elevator.

It was a very nice basic hotel. Rooms were renovated so every thing seemed in new ir almost new condition. The front of the hotel appears to be in the process of renovation

While we really liked the location for it's proximity to restaurants and a nice park, if you have a rental you'll want a compact for sure to get in and out of the garage. Also the view from room 602 it pretty terrible.

The building is on the older side but very well maintained and clean. Close enough to city center and in a neighborhood with lots of nice restaurants, grocery stores and other shops.

Great hotel!
Just loved this hotel, great breakfast and such a lovely crew. No kettle in room for coffee but there are cafés everywhere anyway. Mini bar in room was a big bonus, would definitely stay here again! :)

Nice clean property and really good location as it was close to public transport. Lacked a few ammenities for a 4 start hotel such as complimentary water, no gym or swimming pool. Other than that, great hotel and very clean.

Service and Communication Could Have Been Better
Our room was clean and quiet. The location was ok. It was hard to find Portuguese food within 2-3 blocks. The area was filled with international cuisine (which I can easily get at home). I thought we booked the room with the breakfast option. Sadly we didn't. And $15 for breakfast in Portugal was too much considering we had just been in 3 other cities and spend 1/2 that for a buffet breakfast. Our real problem began with the fridge in our room not working upon arrival. Being diabetic I needed the fridge to work for food and medication if my blood sugar goes low. They said for us to pack and they'd move us to another room. We left to find a grocery store. We came back and they said they couldn't move us to a similar room and would send someone the next day. So we unpacked again, put the AC on, and ate some of our immediate perishables. When I called in the morning about the fridge, the guy at the front desk was very rude with a confrontational tone with me. he said someone was coming up. I had just wanted to coordinate putting items in the fridge and getting out to see Lisbon. Was very disappointed how this all played out.

Best hotel!!
It's near red and blue Metro. Easy and quick get in/out of town. The service is great and staffs are very nice and helpful. The room is clean and comfy. The best of all is the buffet breakfast! Fresh, taste and many selection, also, it's included! Definitely, I will pick it again whenever I have a chance to visit Lisbon next time.

Very nice hotel, although the rooms are a little smaller than average. I also requested a double bed, although was told the hotel was fully booked and all rooms allocated, there this would not be possible. The breakfast was adequate, although the gluten free option for bread was frankly awful. The bread was similar to a microwaved ball of solidified dough. Otherwise the breakfast was OK, if I wasn't there for work, I would have eaten elsewhere in a local restaurant.

The property is in a convenient residential area & is well maintained. Many restaurants and a mall are within walking distance. The staff is exceptional! Only recommended improvement would be the bedding which lays close to the floor. However this would not deter me from highly recommending this hotel.
