As for the city tax charge, upon making the reservation and after when you receive the confirmation, it is describe there all of the expenses, including the tourist tax we charge at the check-in. The carpet problem is already being analysed with the responsible department. Please accept our sincerest apologies. Lovely place a 15 min walk from the airport. The buffet was nice, but tap water should be included, for those who don’t drink and don’t want coffee for an early wake up. The shared shuttle to the airport was too small for the number of people needing it.

Room was very nice - Hotel was literally within walking distance of airport - staff was very friendly and helpful - last but certainly not least, the buffet breakfast was off the charts - a real unexpected treat!!

This hotel is outstanding and caters to travelers using the airport. The dining options were great and operated nearly 24 hours a day. Shuttle service to the airport terminals was quick and efficient, and you can walk to the terminal in a pinch. Room was clean and comfortable and incredibly quiet. Very impressed with this hotel and how they fulfill their mission.

Excellent staff throughout. Facility is spotless both inside and out. I stayed several times on my 23 day trip, making it home base for a variety of excursions based upon airline and rail travel. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

This is an excellent place to stay in Lisbon. We had a layover of one evening and stayed here. Had dinner and complementary breakfast buffet rooms were great would stay again.

Stayed here for an overnight for an early flight the next day! The staff was most accommodating and hospitable. Easy advanced check in as we arrived early, left the back to take a tour all day and our room keys were ready for pick up when we returned! Room is very spacious, clean, and up to date. The most impressive was the restaurant with a good bar and good food selection. Great buffet! And breakfast was available as early as 2 AM for those with early flight! I would stay here again and highly recommend.

Our experience with this hotel was great. It was very close to the airport. Our room was very clean, the breakfast was great and the staff was so kind. Highly recommend staying here, especially if you have a super late or super early flight.

Everything was fine, nothing special but the room was very small and the bathroom was very difficult. The toilet very low I had to have help to get off. The shower floor very slick so I nearly fell. The beds also were very lumpy but I was tired so just dealt with it. The staff was very pleasant and the complimentary breakfast was outstanding.

Very convenient location as we walked to airport in about five minutes pulling luggage. Rooms are modern. We do not like all the glass doors in the bathroom but that is our taste and does not affect practical usage. Dinner buffet was excellent in variety, presentation and quality.

The hotel was very near to Lis. airport , they have a shuttle bus that runs until midnight,the hotel was clean, the room was comfortable , the bathroom was small with little amenities .

We used it for the last overnight before flying home. Right beside the airport. Their breakfast buffet which is great/ amazing starts at 2 am for early flyers which we were. Hotel was really nice and very accommodating

Very close to the airport, just walk down the hill upon arriving. Shuttle van (shared with hotel across the street) every 15 minutes to get back up the hill to Terminal 1 with your luggage. Room had AC! Outstanding breakfast.

We stayed here overnight before a 5am flight and it was perfect! Super efficient check-in and breakfast available even at 2 am. Easy walk across the street to airport. They offered only buffet dinner but their sister hotel across the street has a lovely bar restaurant where we had dinner (they also had a full restaurant.)

I did not like the bathrooms included as part of the room, with a curtain separating the glassed in shower and glassed in toilet. No privacy and all bathroom noises could be heard in the sleeping area. I did appreciate the generous included full breakfast buffet.
