"It’s our 3rd time staying at Aries in the last 4 years and I would never look to stay anywhere else in Zakopane as the hotel is just fantastic. The staff are so friendly and always looking to help you to make your stay even better. The breakfast is truly amazing and sets you up for an entire day walking in the Tatra mountains. The Spa is chic and never really gets too busy, even at the weekend. We paid a little extra this time for a Suite and it was money well spent. I just can’t imagine anybody not loving their stay at Aries!"

"Rooms were nice size. Reception sooke English and were very helpful. "

"Overall it is a comfortable stay. Our room was on the 2nd floor and faces the mountains, however the door to the balcony was spoiled on the 2nd day and we could not open it. The first night was quiet but we could hear people talking on the 2nd night. But as we were very tired, we fell asleep. The location was very ideal, at the heart of Krupowki. If we come back again, we will stay here but at a higher floor."

"We were in the older section of the hotel so there was no elevator, but we were on the first floor so one flight of stairs was fine. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. Our friends were in the never building which has balconies and an elevator. Theybloved their bed and shower too."

"This is our third visit and a favorite of our kids when we are in zakopane. We take full advantage of the attached water park each time. One thing that was different this visit is that our room reservation did not include breakfast. This caused confusion and and uncomfortable atmosphere when we did arrive at the restaurant for breakfast as we were questioned several times if we were aware that we had to pay additionally (we were, we were explained this at check in, and requested to have breakfast added for all in our party for both nights of stay). Still, we were stopped and questioned each morning at the restaurant. This should be handled better. Would definitely recommend double/triple checking your reservation to ensure this is included or calling the restaurant ahead to avoid confusion and embarrassment. "
