we originally reserved and paid for a room with the patio and when we got there, they had overbooked, so the first night we had to stay in a room we didn't really want.
for the two nights that we were there, the hot water never worked, one of the bedroom doors actually fell off its hinges onto the ground in the middle of the night, they failed to clean the room properly with the floor still quite Sandy and garbage left in our cans.
These issues were brought up to the front desk, to my surprise, they seem to not try to make anything right for us. They had plenty of opportunity which makes me think that their value for customer service is low.
we highly doubt that we will stay here ever again.
