Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback. I am confused by some of your comments. The room you stayed in does not have a balcony and the rooms that do have balconies have wood partitions for privacy.I have inspected the room with the maintenance team and we could not find any holes in the walls or flooring. There was some discoloration in the shower grout and the housekeeping team has taken care of the issue.Thank you again for your feedback, we hope you will give us another opportunity to serve you in the future.

So we did not like the press coffee maker at all. Grounds in your cup. The first night a dog barked most of the night, and continues the next day, and the next day, when we left it was still barking. That is not acceptable. The shower liquids were hard to dispense. No paper towels. Very nice ocean views...

I absolutely loved the fire pits in the back, the view was unbelievable. The view from each room was so pretty as well! All of the staff were nice and I really enjoyed staying here

Nice place to stay. Coffee table in the room still had crumbs on it from previous people but other than that it was great!

The room smells like wet dog plus the bathroom is so very very dark it is hard to see when you close the door. The front desk staff was wonderful plus the outside fire pit is a nice touch.

Wanted a place with a gym, indoor pool/hot tub, continental breakfast and that accepted dogs! This was a great place! The incredibly beautiful view was a great bonus! Easy walk to the beach. Breakfast was so yummy! Friendly staff! Clean! The rooms are a little small but we didn’t mind. Will definitely stay again!

I did not likebthe fact that there was no tub in room .and there was no access to the beach
.i did like the fact that it had to beds that werebin separate spaces ,especially if traveling with children.

First the good. Property owners seem to have pride in their hotel. It has been remodeled. The views of the ocean are beautiful. They give you free cookies and breakfast. The cookies might be why people gave this a 5 star review. But I would not stay there again because the room had a urine smell. We had an air purifier with us and this did not even eliminate the smell. We had to sleep with the windows open but the smell was still there. The shower nozzle was the wrong choice for that shower. It was impossible to avoid getting water all over the bathroom floor. This in itself was not the reason for us not staying there again, but the urine smell made our experience very unpleasant.

The property is beautiful and conveniently located next to the beach access. There is a common seating area with sunset views and the breakfast is included in the stay. Be sure to get an oceanfront room for the best experience.

Beautiful, friendly place to stay. Walking distance to a Beach Access, where you can actually drive down on the sand (the only spot you can in town!). Dog friendly! Great cliff side fire pits with a little wind protection.

Had a great experience during our stay. Beds were comfy and rooms were nicely decorated. Staff was very friendly, especially the ladies that served breakfast. I’d give it five stars but was surprised that we found dirty socks under the dresser and when we had the room serviced thinking we’d get our sheets refreshed due to getting period blood on the sheets instead we found the spot covered and then had to request new sheets and change the bed ourselves. Was very shocked that even after seeing that they didn’t think to bring clean bedding and I had to call the front desk for my friend who was embarrassed. The beds weren’t even made after the room was serviced, the trash was emptied and we got new towels. The fridge wasn’t stocked upon arrival or after the room was serviced. Over all, good experience though and would still recommend.
