This is a large property with many areas to maintain and manage. The staff was friendly and the property was very well kept. Good job to the staff for all their efforts!!

The location has an amazing view of Lake Garda. Great pools for families. The breakfast is continental. We had some animal in the wall making noise every night and the staff was not helpful in finding a solution to the noise.

Guests’ opinions are very important to improve quality and efficiency of our services. We’re sorry you had some issues with noises in the wall. However, when you told us about that, we sent the maintenance staff to find out what it was. Nothing was found. If you had asked to change room, we would have surely guaranteed you that. We’re glad, anyway, you appreciated the amazing view from the hills above Limone sul Garda and our wonderful swimming pools. Not a 4-star hotel, but OK!
We had a pleasant vacation at the Royal Village. We wanted indoor + outdoor pools, a kids club and a fair price. We got all three. Two outdoor pools with sunbeds were busy, but not overcrowded. The breakfast was more than adequate for our needs. Our 7-year old daughter was happy with the miniclub. The 10-minute walk down to the beach and the center was not a problem at all. But is this a 4-star hotel? I doubt it. The facilities are great but the rooms - at least ours in the main building - are really outdated. If there was any renovation made, then we would definately talk about 4 stars.

Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht unbedingt optimal. Bis zur Bushaltestelle oder Hafen braucht man zu Fuß 25 Minuten.

Wir waren eine Woche dort, unser Aufenthalt war im allgemeinen super schön. Das essen war jedentag sehr sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Sehr gut ist auch das Abends bei Halbpension die Getränke inklusive sind. Das Hotel war sehr sauber, das Personal sehr nett, nur die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen was aber übethaupt nicht schlimm ist da es bisschen diesen Mediterranen Stil ausmacht.

Alles perfekt, außer man möchte etwas Internet (max. 200kb/s) odee man isst veggie oder vegan. Länger als zwei Tage schafft man es nicht dann lieber lokal was suchen zum essen.

richtige Wahl getroffen, schöne Unterkunft mit sehr modern eingerichteten Zimmern. (wir waren im Neubau ->Villa Blumen) - Verpflegung HP/Frühstück vom Buffet wobei hier die Vorspeisen beim Abendessen sehr lecker sind. Hauptgang/Dessert sind ok, wobei man hier jetzt keinen Michelin Stern erwarten darf (3 verschiedene Hauptspeisen sowie zusätzlich Pasta Variationen). Getränke bei den Mahlzeiten inkl. - Betreffend speziellen Anforderungen wie z.B. Glutenunverträglichkeit gibt man sich Mühe diese zu erfüllen. Entsprechende glutenfreie Produkte wie Nudeln, Brot, Kuchen sind vorrätig. Eine Kontamination bei den zubereiteten nicht glutenhaltigen Gerichten kann jedoch leider nicht ausgeschlossen werden. Dies wird auch so kommuniziert. Auf Rückfrage werden aber z.B. Pommes extra in einem neuem Öl frittiert.

10 Tage Urlaub Ende September 2022-nicht nochmal Das Haus allgemein-ganz ok, alles sehr sauber, schöne Außenanlage, 2 schöne sehr saubere Pools mit guten stabilen Sonnenliegen (nicht immer Selbstverständlich), ordentliche Grünanlagen, Die Zimmer-zweckmäßig, 80er Jahre, aber alles sehr sauber, gute Betten, allerdings die Duschen sind für ein "angebliches" 4 Sterne Hotel eine Frechheit, so klein das geht gar nicht, haben die Größe wie ein Besenschrank, mit 193 cm Körpergröße ist Duschen eine Qual. Die Restaurants-naja, ich sag mal so, man wird satt. Geschmack ist ja immer subjektiv, aber uns hing es nach 5 Tagen zum Halse raus. Beim Frühstück immer das gleiche, Kochschinken völlig Geschmacklos und labbrig, 1 Sorte Scheibenkäse nicht der Brüller, 1 Sorte Salami ganz ok, Rührei wässrig, Spiegelei ist gekochtes Ei in einer dicken Scheibe, der Koch hat scheinbar noch nie Spiegelei zubereitet, Brötchen sehr geschmackloses Gebäck, Kaffee hat mit deutschem Filterkaffee nichts gemeinsam, der Cappuccino geht so gerade, Automatengebräu halt Abendessen - Geschmackssache, die Speisekarte wiederholt sich alle 7 Tage, manche Sachen haben uns geschmeckt, viele nicht. Gulasch war gut, Kartoffeln ligurische Art und Kartoffelecken usw waren immer lecker, manche Nudelgerichte da war die Soße viel zu scharf, bei einigen Nudelgerichten waren die Nudeln noch nicht gar, Pommes laff, scheinbar komplett ohne Salz, der Tiefpunkt waren die Salatdressings, mein lieber Scholli da ist jedes gekaufte besser.

Neu renoviertes Zimmer mit gratis W-lan, Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank. Pools mit ordentlicher Größe dienen zum relaxen und spielen jedoch nicht zum schwimmen! Personal sehr freundlich & versucht auch auf deutsch zu kommunizieren. Es gibt einen Shuttle in die Stadt gegen eine kleine Gebühr. Ansonsten 10-15 Minuten fussläufig bis in die direkte Innenstadt (zum Baden im See sind es 10 Minuten). Speißesaal ähnelt eher einer Kantine in der viele Leute in kurzer Zeit abgefrühstückt werden sollen. Essen ist in Ordnung, da es ein großes Buffet ist, sind manche Gerichte nicht mehr kochend heiß! Trotzdem eine große Auswahl an Braten- und Nudelgerichten. Eher an die deutsche Küche angepasst. Das italienische Restaurant sehr zu empfehlen! Qualitatives Buffet mit italienischen Köstlichkeiten. „Leider“ nur 1x pro Aufenthalt reservierbar. Frühstück in beiden Restaurants okay. Animation am Pool gibt sich Mühe! Top

Et hotel der kan forbedre sig på.Rygning v pool samt alt for højt musik v pool hele dagen. Rengørning er kun Overfladisk og ikke grundig. Maden er top klasse af italiensk standard.der er go pool men det er på ingen måder handicapvenlig. Hotellet lægger langt oppe.

Die Lage des Hotels ist grundsätzlich ok. Ärgerlich war die Geruchsbelästigung auf unserem speziell gebuchten Balkon mit Seeblick. Die Fortluft der Hotelküche führte morgens und abends zur eingeschränkten Nutzbarkeit. Unsere Reklamation interessierte das Personal kein bisschen. Insgesamt daher aus unserer Sicht nicht empfehlenswert, weil enttäuschend.

Nette Personal, wunderschöne Umgebung, leckere Essen. Einzigsten die nicht ganz gut für uns war, dass dort sehr vielen Kinder war, die hat ganzen Tag auf Trampolin gesprungen und für uns sehr laut war. Die Willens Bereich war zu klein für so vielen Familien mit Kindern

Das Hotel ist sehr auf Massenabfertigung im Sommer ausgelegt, was sicher seine Berechtigung hat.Bei schlechtem Wetter sind die funktionalen Zimmer relativ ungemütlich.

Die Unterkunft ist an sich sehr schön, auf dem Berg hat man einen tollen Ausblick auf den Gardasee und ins Zentrum gelangt man innerhalb einer viertel Stunde zu Fuß (der Rückweg ist allerdings bergauf). Leider gibt es in den Zimmern Plastik Becher zum Zähne putzen.. nicht sehr umweltfreundlich. Wir hatten zu wenig Klopapier am Zimmer und mussten dann im Schlafanzug zur Rezeption laufen, weil die Mitarbeiter das anscheinend nicht aufs Zimmer bringen konnten. Ansonsten hat es uns gut gefallen, beim Frühstück gibt es zwar nicht ciel Auswahl aber es ist für jeden etwas dabei.

Das Hotel ist im grossen und ganzen gut. Das Zimmer war gross und sauber. Wir waren das erste mal dort und es wurde uns leider gar nichts erklärt. Es kam uns so vor als ob man so wenig als möglich mit den Kunden reden soll, schade.

Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal, zum Strand braucht man nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Pools und Liegemöglichkeiten sind auch mehr als optimal.
