"We were very fortunate to find this property in the wonderful Silvermines for a quick weekend trip over to Ireland. It is such a beautifully finished, well-appointed property to use as a base for travel further around Ireland, or to enjoy the peaceful countryside from in its own right. Karin is a fantastic host who could not have been more amenable and hospitable. We very much hope to return in the near future."

"Upon arrival, we could not find someone to get the keys from and no one was answering the phone. We did eventually get a call back and everything went well after. Be prepared to carry items through rain as you cannot drive up to doorfronts of all properties. Cabin itself was gorgeous!!! Lots of space for myself, hubby and our three teens. We woke each morning to beautiful low music from Bunratty Castle Garden which was over the fence next to our cottage. We walked to so many amazing places...

"A very nice suite with large living area, small kitchen table, and large kitchen. bedroom is upstairs and also spacious. Living room has nice view of garden. A few minutes walk from the bus, and has a grocery store and restaurant nearby. Need to take the bus into town."

"Very nicely appointed. A fine property for a family vacation. Perhaps a bit smaller than the pictures would suggest, and the showers were comically small, but it is clean and very centrally located. We were able to easily reach most of the major tourist areas within an hour and half drive. A car is, however, probably a must. "

"Cottage was in a cute little town, within walking distance of a castle and very nice restaurants. Shannon was nearby for grocery shopping. And it was easy to get to the sight seeing locations we wished to visit."

"Fantastic apartment, very will outfitted and comfortable. We loved the pellet stove! Ann was very helpful and left us with all we needed for morning breakfast as a bonus. It is a small detail but the towels were the best I have ever experienced."

"Nice updated cottage with easy access to all the west of Ireland via nearby freeway. Check in was a little tricky as you have to call the supervisor at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival to schedule a time. We were delayed several hours and texted through vrbo and they were very accommodating and had the house heated and open for us. Plenty of room. Nice little kitchen. Caulking on shower could use updating. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend a stay here."

"Hugely disappointed with choice. Apartment was freezing when we arrived at 5pm. We had to pay more than stated for heating/electricity for one night! Apartment wasn't cleaned properly. The TV didn't work - there was a big crack in the screen which meant only a quarter of the screen was visible, toilet seat was broken on one side making it dodgy to sit on, blinds wouldn't go up properly, press in kitchen hanging off, drawer in kitchen wouldn't close, closet door broken - left up against the wall,...

"Spacious, not cosy, and dirty. It wouldn't take much effort or cost to make this place nice. Very noisy fan in main bedroom that can't be turned off, as switch doesn't work."

"Poor quality linen. Front door deadlock broken. Light bulbs blown or not there in bedside lamp. TV challenging to get basic channel."

"We are completely dissatisfied with VRBO. The property they rented us in Limerick, Ireland was occupied! People had been living in it for two months. We were left stranded with absolutely NO support by VRBO. We had to go to a hotel and spend a lot of money until we found a property with another company. This really ruined our vacation in Ireland! Now we just hope we can get our money back!"
