"We had read some bad reviews about this hotel so our expectations were low. However, we were pleasantly surprised. We had an outstanding stay!! The hotel was clean, quiet, and the dinner and breakfast were fantastic!"

"The outside sidewalk is a little grungy, but that can't be blamed on Madison. The place is old but kept up well. Outstanding staff and great breakfast. Across the street from Roma Termini. "

" Being as you asked about the view, it was of an inner courtyard full of HVAC equipment! Not awe inspiring. During check in, I requested the booking of transport to the airport on the Monday morning and was assured it was looked after. When the airline advised us to be at the airport 4 hours before flight time, I went to the desk the next morning to change the pick up time and found that the transport had not been booked!! Cleanliness was top notch, breakfast was excellent, and the staff friendly and courteous. The hotel is located close to the main train station on a quiet street. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from, and walking to view many of the sights of Rome is easy."
