To start front desk guy wasn't there, haf to call phone. Showed up after 5 min drink fumbled around to get key cards then tried to speak but wasn't understandable drove to our door, walked in door to find soiled mattress found our room dirty sink beds had dirty sheets a smoker had been in my bed it was grose and dirty unexpectable

I gotta say- it’s clean, it’s quiet, the water pressure and temp are excellent, towels and sheets are decent quality… breakfast was well-stocked. Pet fee $15 only! And we got a room that isn’t motel-style this time. Interior only! Recommended.

The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The hotel is in an industrial area off the highway and is noisy outside. But really not noisy in the rooms. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the inside was compared to the outside.

The inside of the hotel was surprisingly pleasant compared to the exterior. This hotel is conveniently located off the interstate and across the street from a WalMart. The parking lot was home to a broken down car with an interior stuffed with possibly a homeless person’s sole possessions? This was an uncomfortable look. The staff was very nice, the kitchen and pool area extremely clean, and the room/bath was spotless.

The area outside smelled horrible. Men standing around made us uncomfortable though we didn’t have any trouble. We were truly uncomfortable with the property. Inside had an indescribable aroma. Maybe covered up smoking from years gone by??

The room was okay, our main disappointment was that our tv wouldn’t work, and with a young child that didn’t help. The front desk wasn’t able to help us at all with it either, when we asked about a credit, they said they couldn’t do anything due to us booking through hotels.com. I wish there was a way to get some sort of refund through this app.

Pretty much everything you don't want in a hotel. The pool and hot tub were closed for renovation. The wifi signal was so slow I couldn't use it - had to use the Mifi I brought as backup instead. The bed and pillow gave me a kink in the neck. Breakfast was a joke - hardly anything other than two sad sausages, all the eggs were gone and when I asked if they were going to make more, they said no. I would never stay at this place again.

The minute we got out of the car, there was an unpleasant smell in the air we assumed game from the meet packing plant. We were given advice on a dinner that was far from clean and would never recommend to any traveler not familiar with the area. We will not use this location again in our travels.

Accidentally booked this property. Called an agent immediately upon discovering the error. They refused to issue a refund and would not change the date either. Make sure you really want to book this property and double or triple check your dates because their customer service is terrible.

The room was clean and comfortable. The walls were a little thin, we could hear all the words to the music the neighbor was playing. Front desk person was fine but needs training on greetings and customer care.

The pool and hot tub was out of order but Expedia website still listed as part of amenities. Getting a switch to different hotel is a nightmare with a 4 yr old waiting to swim!

Check in was completely messed up. The person at the desk did not know we had booked through hotels.com. We made the reservation for our niece, she was traveling in a moving truck and when she got to the hotel they said they found the reservation but my credit card was rejected. When she called me she informed me that the reservation needed to be made through Choice Hotels???? When I gave her the hotels.com confirmation number she said she did not know what hotels.com was and that we needed a choice hotels confirmation number. Very frustrated so I asked her to have her manager call me and she informed me that the manager would not call me until the following morning. I asked her to give our niece a room and she said that she would, our niece went to the room and found the room already occupied with other people!
