Thank you for responding to our survey. I apologize you were unhappy with your stay this time. The parking area you were talking about is designated truck and large vehicle parking. There is a notice posted on the counter informing guests of that parking area. We do have plenty of parking when we are at capacity as we have another lot right next to our back building. I will most pass on to our head housekeeper the lack of room service to your room and find out if there was a particular problem. I do know our policy is if you have any personal items on the bed, they cannot move them. Once again thank you for letting us know and giving us the opportunity to check on your complaints.
