Well used 1980’s interior.
The rooms were old and well used but OK. Shower was not OK either burning hot or ice cold, no in between so we had to take a cold shower.

Location great, second visit here. Downside beds very hard and had to make 2 of them up ourselves.

Excellent value for money
Good value for money. Very well equipped kitchen. Excellent location for trip into nearby Beaune. Used as a stopover travelling back from the South of France.

Great stay
We booked this for a 1 nights stop over on the way to Southern France. The apartment was really clean, well presented and a good allocation for us. Bunk beds, Double and a sofa bed too. So it was really good for us 2 adults and 3 young kids. We did not use the pool, sauna or other facilities, but the parking and late night arrival was covered with ease. Thanks Paul

We stopped over here on our way to the Alps for skiing. The reception staff were very helpful and stayed late to allow us to check in and even helped us order takeaway pizza! We would definitely stay here again.

It’s a very basic hotel stay and location is only suitable for those who drive. Very quiet and peaceful surrounding. Free and ample parking.

We arrived fairly late but luckily reception was open. Got to room to find that it had not been serviced. it was dirty and used! Reception guy made us go back up to room with him to show him... why he couldn't have looked on his own. He then gave us the option of 2 other rooms. He quite clearly had never even looked in rooms himself. We took one room but when we started using it, there was dirty crockery in the dish washer and dust everywhere. It obviously had not been used for a while. By this time, there were no staff to mention this to and we left early in the morning.

Friendly hotel with a indoor swimming pool
We had a pleasant 1 night stay in a Two rooms apartment at Résidence Les Allées du Green on our way down to burgundy. We arrived later passing 10 pm, there was no body in the reception but keys and notes were left for us which was nicely welcoming. The hotels has a swimming pool at ground floor, and beutiful scene outside the windows and 5 minutes drive away from big supermarket.

Country-side experience
We, a family of four, stayed in an apartment for 5 nights. The apartment was quite spacious with good kitchen facilities and nice view of a country-side from the balcony. Good kiddy pool. The area is a bit remote, with a 7-minute drive to the nearest city.

Absolutely ok
Stopover to south of France and for that works very well. Great town with some nice restaurants. Hotel is ok but basic. reception closes at 7pm and breakfast was full so we couldn't book it.

Fast transit-stay. Good value for money.
Arrived in the middle of the night in order to proceed to Spain in morning hours. A phone call solved the key issue. No language issues over phone. We booked a room for four persons. Good price but x-tremely hard extra beds. Overall happy. Fast transit-stay. Good value for money.

Excellent location near beaune and dijon.
Includes a kitchenette (stove, fridge, dishwasher) which was nice we love being able to cook from the local markets a while in that area as well. The only real downfall is that the indoor pool locks up at 7 pm and the bed in the room was the worst bed we had ever slept on. Luckily there was a pull out sofa that was actually much more comfortable.

Great for stop over
A great place for a stop over if you are travelling south in France, the apartments are big with good facilities and there is a swimming pool as well. Close to the autoroute and friendly helpful staff who all speak English. You can book for breakfast but there are no restuarant facilities for the evening - we just take some food with us and use the kitchen in the apartment.

Fine for an overnight stay
This hotel was just fine after a long drive from Calais (and the drive in UK). the surrounding areas are nice some supermarkets 10 minutes drive, ideal for self catering option. If you are into golf just bring a 7 Iron for some range balls for the golf course opposite :)

Good familty stopover location.
We were a party of six on a one night stopover on our way from England to the French Alps. Just south of Dijon, the location was great and the 2-bedroom, 3 room suite was fine.

Worth staying here
We found the hotel hard to find initially as the GPS could not locate it. There is no cupboard in the bedroom for clothes. They have to hang in a cupboard between the bathroom and kitchen. There is no jug to boil water for tea or coffee. It would not cost much to have some dishwashing detergent, scourer and dishcloth. It is definitely too far from town to walk or cycle as the roads are very narrow in places and quite busy. All this aside it is a lovely place to relax and is very peaceful. Nice to walk around the nearby area after a day in town or sightseeing in the area. Would be great for golfers. Would definitely go back if we went to the area again.

OK for a young family
The apartments are fine but let down by a very low standard of cleanliness. The pool was rather grubby and full of hair, and showing signs of a general lack of thorough cleaning. Our kids of course didn't notice any of this and loved the place. But it is very close to a lovely well kept village with three nice restaurants, and just a few minutes from the motorway but in peaceful parkland. As a compromise it just about passes as OK.

Only for a night
The town that this hotel is in is absolutely amazing, but the hotel is bland. The indoor pool is small, cold and deep, not at all ideal for kids. The room had a small kitchen, a "room" with a bunk bed (my walk-in closet is bigger than that room) and then a master bedroom. We were staying for the night on a long trip, so it was fine, but I wouldn't stay there for more than a day.

Tout est catastrophique, ou presque. Des chiens qui aboient en permanence, une insonorisation inexistante entre les hébergements, des matelas durs comme du bois, un mobilier hyper bas de gamme et une aire de jeux pour enfants qui n'en porte que le nom... Bref, fuyez cet endroit !

Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet. Für 4 Personen und eine Nacht vollkommen ausreichend. Die Sauberkeit lässt allerdings ein wenig zu wünschen übrig. Insbesondere der Schimmel im Badezimmer. Das Personal war sehr höflich und nett. Wir durften sogar ein wenig früher ins Zimmer, als zur gewöhnlichen Check-in Zeit.
