Great wee hotel!
Lovely room with great view over Forth estuary. Comfy bed, good tv, good shower. Lovely dinner in conservatory & great breakfast. Very handy for all the East Neuk attractions. Great wee hotel.

Comfortable hotel close to link golf courses.
A very comfortable hotel with a large conservatory dining area. Take a jacket or cardigan for dinner. Great views looking over links course and estuary. Good quality food served with large portions. If mobility issues ask for walk in shower. Our room (14) you had to climb in and out of high bath. Stayed one night to break our journey to Northern Scotland.

Chill out weekend with friends.
We went with our best friends for a chill out weekend, Saturday and Sunday nights with bed and breakfast. Hotel was very comfortable and spotless, food was excellent with large portions and staff were tremendous. Really helpful and pleasant. Only negative was the weekend was too short. Well done Old Manor, would love to return 👏👏

A good traditional hotel with good sized and clean rooms. Nice new bathroom and great views overlooking Lundin Links golf course and the Firth of Forth from the restaurant and some rooms. Friendly and efficient staff.

I stayed for a couple of days at the hotel durning a business trip. Staff were very friendly, food and service was also to a high standard. Hotel is in a great location with excellent views across the forth. Hotel has plenty of free space parking and easily found.

No breakfast
Breakfast doesnt start till 0800 which isnt very good for people travelling on business so having paid for full breakfast i had to settle for toast and coffee

Nice time
Well located, nice looking hotel on main road. Room was a good size with sea view . All staff were very friendly and we had a very good breakfast. Easy check in and out . Only thing wrong was the paper thin walls and ceiling.

Definitely recommend
Very friendly welcome, my room preference change due to now traveling solo to a large bed. Excellent meal at dinner with the table cleared and next course brought in a timely manner. Breakfast again was excellent as was the service.

Fantastic breakfast.
Stayed here whilst visiting family. Although we didn’t have a sea view room it was adequate for our needs. Large refurbished room with large bathroom. The breakfast was the biggest surprise, one of the best we’ve had in a while. The staff were not overly friendly but the service was very good. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing Views.
The hotel is a beautiful building with the most incredible views, (blown away by it.) The staff were all fantastic, with the exception of Jackie who was incredible, served dinner , breakfast , ordered my taxi , and even had time to fix my tv . Wonder Woman a credit to the company This hotel just needs a little TLC, it’s bedrooms are tired . But what a place . Amazing. Well worth an investment. Xx

Hotel was dated, felt like a 60/70s hotel with low ceilings and the need of a major update. Food was OK and the service unusual but acceptable. Stayed in worse but not often.

Beautiful hotel. So clean, our party of 3 all had a different room and we all loved them! Staff were incredibly friendly, especially the night manager who served our breakfast!

4 star? More like 2. Checking in was like something from a horror movie - drab and oppressing. Room tired and never seen a TV that small. Bathroom held together with silicone and tile grout all black and orange. Woman who served us breakfast was amazing though! Breakfast food was terrible.

What a gem. We had two large, comfortable rooms with balconies overlooking the sea on a lovely sunny day. The bar staff kept the drinks and the local info flowing, and the lovely beach at Largo was a short stroll away. All dog-friendly too.

Great Family Run hotel

Uneven experience, nice but bit clunky.
Spur of the moment booking and chosen more for it being the only nice option in the area I wanted to stay in. This website offered the option of a room with a king bed or two queen beds, chose the king but on arrival was informed that no such thing existed. The two queens were comfy but bit weird for a romantic trip, you're either squeezed in one bed which feels too small, or it feels like you're miles apart in separate beds. The room was freezing cold on arrival, the windows were open and we couldn't get the heating on. Had to call reception to get them to switch it on, after a couple hours it was ok. Had to order breakfast the night before and choose a time to eat it, to help them manage in pandemic times. Nice view over golf course and sea, short walk to the beach over the course. Dinner was nice, generous portions but the forgot a drinks order and it still got added to the bill. Would stay again if in the area i think, but wouldn't make it a destination stay.

Incredible view of the sea including the bass rock from our balcony - we lucked out with beautiful sunny weather too - loved everything about our stay including excellent precautions relative to Coronavirus prevention.

Very nice, staff are wonderful, breakfast was very good, especially the haggis! They are dealing very well with COVID restrictions. I would recommend this lovely hotel.
