"I love historic places but I think it’s time for the Lakeside Inn to give itself some attention. The Bathrooms are great. The mattresses are fine. The furniture carpet and bed coverings could use some updates. Also we were in the main building and had terrible wifi. No plugs near the bed. Just a few updates would be great!"

"The floor of our room felt sticky and like it needed cleaned. When we took a shower and had a wet towel on the bathroom floor, a lot of dirt came up. We also couldn’t get the shower/sink to not be anything but scalding hot. There were also bottle caps in our fold out couch from someone before. Wish it had been cleaner. Staff was very kind and breakfast was great!"
