Our activities bure at the poolside is the place to go to find out what can be planned for the day around the resort… perhaps a Fijian cooking class, or a walk through the gardens to learn how the Fijians use the local plants, bit of fish feeding or learn how to weave coconut leaves into all kinds of practical things, or work on strategies for the evening’s crab race plus many more interesting activities. The resort has kayaks located at the beachside along with snorkelling gear for our guests.
One of our popular activities is a trip to the local market with Chef Daz to pick out the fresh produce for your special cooking class in the kitchen!!!! After producing your culinary delight under the watchful eye of Chef Daz and his team…it s time for a quick freshen up and dining on the beach!!! For the adventurous dine at the Chef’s Table…right inside the Kitchen!!!!
Our fresh water pool is set in lush tropical gardens with a waterfall perfect for just relaxing and reading a good book…that you never seem to have time for.

To allow for full relaxation we have kids activities and babysitting at the resort – allowing you some adult time.
After a busy day exploring rainforests, waterfalls, traditional villages, orchid gardens and islands or relaxing around the pool after a spa treatment you can look forward to “HAPPY HOUR” around the “NALAMU BAR” and then on to MAI KANA restaurant for some culinary delights under the palm trees at nights with our local musicians playing soothing island music. AT NALAMU BAR you can always watch the Ruby or other sports in case you want to stay “connected” to the outside world!!!
Our weekly South Pacific Dance show features dances from around the South Pacific ending with heart stopping Samoan Fire Dance! Also weekly is our “Bula Fiji” show with traditional Fijian dances and songs performed by our staff with a fantastic beach BBQ right on the beach complete with a bon fire!!!! You may see your friendly groundsman by day become a fierce Fijian warrior by night!!!
