"We found this hotel in a Rick Steves travel guide for Switzerland. His description is accurate. Awesome location near the train station. The upper floor rooms do have a view of the lake. The front desk staff was pleasant and friendly. The rooms are a decent size. We had two family rooms. The decorating is not up to date and the appliances like the hair dryer are also dated (no big deal, every thing was functional).
