"Check in was fast the girl who checked me in had no customer service communication skills what so ever. My room was okay lost of dust and toilet not clean..found pills by the nightstand I have pictures also called because my fridge was not working well no one ever came to check so I called the front desk and told them not to come after all I was going to sleep also I asked housekeeping for service in the morning I told her I was leaving at 9am and if she can come back she said I'll just give you towels and whatever else you may need I said okay that's fine she didn't seem she wanted to clean my room I was there Friday through Monday and only got towels 1 day other family housekeeping didn't clean other rooms we had good service was poor also upon checking out there was 1 guy knocking on doors and going in and out of rooms than less than 10 minutes a lady with blue started knocking on the same doors very quick to check the rooms before housekeeping I didn't leave a tip because service was bad and worried the people going in the room will take it I will not stay at this hotel again"

"The hotel needs renovation. Pools were dirty and not enough staff to keep clean. Beach area was rocky and not well kept. Worst is the fact that my kids’ room had 2 flying bugs and were not able to get a hold of the front desk to accommodate a room change. Beach Cafe food also is bad. Stay away if you can. Overall, very disappointing stay."

"There is no communication. The hotel has a private beach and I didn’t know we couldn’t use the canopy’s that are there in their property. There’s signs around the gate to enter the private beach and no where does it say we have rent the canopy’s or that those belong to the jet ski owners. There’s signs around and security kicked us out completely we still had 1 more night left. We were being harrased by the security’s at the new pioneer hotel. Nobody from the jet ski was with the security from the hotel so they had no right to do this. We traveled from California to get kicked out like criminals. I will never go there again. Yea it’s cheap but this is a reason it’s cheap."
