THIS PLACE HAD EVERYTHING. MOIVE THEATRE, BOWLING ALLEY, ARCADES, BINGO, NIGHTLIFE, 2 POOL AREAS, SEVERAL FOOD OPTIONS AND THE SERVICE THERE WAS GREAT.

I liked the hotel, just wished they had better food spots there. We ate at the riverview restaurant and the food was awsome and we ate at a mexican restaurant, they were ok not nothing to brag over. The only thing about our stay i didnt to much like was the freaking bugs outside at night time I couldnt really sit out on the balcony because of bugs flying everywhere the bugs flew inside our room and everything. I told my gurl next time we come we getting bug repellent

This hotel lacks a pest control program as it has an infestation of insects. The room was filthy and had moths and crickets as they kept us awake for most of the night. The front desk was rude, dismissive, and condescending. Horrible experience and even worse customer service

Dated Premises, Poor Ventilation, and Subpar Cleanliness I recently stayed at Don Laughlin Riverside and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The premises felt outdated, with a lack of attention to detail evident throughout. Ventilation was a major issue, as the air circulation seemed inadequate, resulting in a pervasive smell of cigarette smoke that was hard to ignore. To make matters worse, the cleanliness of the rooms was subpar. Both rooms I rented were in dire need of a thorough cleaning. The bathroom vents were coated in a thick layer of dust, indicating a lack of attention to basic maintenance. Additionally, the area around the bathroom door knobs was visibly dirty, highlighting a disregard for hygiene standards. Overall, my stay at Don Laughlin's was far from pleasant. The combination of dated premises, poor ventilation, and inadequate cleanliness made for an uncomfortable experience. I would advise potential guests to consider alternative accommodations until improvements are made.

I like all there is to do on the property. Movies, Shows, Games… ETC. The bathroom vent in our room didn’t work the louvers on the vent were covered in dust, hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. House keeping was knocking on our door at 08:30 AM wanting to make sure we would be checked out on time (annoying)

We liked the Dining experience at the Café. We ate there 3 or 4 times and it was great (except the last time we ate there for breakfast, the service was TERRIBLE and I ordered a Belgian Waffle and it was UNDERCOOKED and COLD when it arrived but I didn't have the opportunity to complain then because our waiter never came back to check on us until he brought our check and then it was too late. I did complain then and he just said sorry and off he went) This was unacceptable to us, thus this complaint. All other meals were very good and the service was great also.

Older hotel thats seen better days. Avoid the buffet unless you enjoy lukewarm hospital cafeteria food. You're better off crossing over to the arizona side of the river for food, liquor or gas.

The property was pretty nice, a little old looking. There was a glitch in the system with the players card and movie tickets. They gave us two free movie tickets, so we watched a second movie. The staff argued that all the VIP Executive suites have a King size bed. Our was a queen. The handicap room was at the very end of the hall way!!!

In fact it is a queen bed to allow for the accessability of a wheel chair. All other Executive Rooms have King Beds. Picture on the website are false. This is not kid friendly. It has you pick smoking or non-smoking, so you think the check-in desk would be in non smoking so people that picks non- smoking wouldn't have to smell like that.. Also to get to the kids pool you have to walk through smoking area.. The maps for hotel is horrible...
