We arrived early and our room was ready but we were going to be charged to check in early so we decided to wait. Then the line was extraordinarily long with insufficient staffing so it hardly moved and took us over an hour only to learn that the specific room we reserved was no longer available so we were given another room. And one of the pools was closed so the adult pool had to accommodate all ages and was overly crowded.
We attended a wedding next door at the Fontainebleau and we wanted to have our own experience. It was fantastic staying at the Sahara. Staff was reliable and efficient. Clean.

Excellent service, very clean, the cleaning people, very friendly, I was at work for two days and I was able to rest very satisfactorily, thank you very much.

About one hour wait to check in. Line was almost out of the door at the lobby.
My wife was kept waiting for 3 hours in the lobby because her key to the room didn’t work and supposedly she didn’t have clearance as I was the only one registered at the desk

Staff very helpful and friendly. A comfortable size casino, so staff get to know you very quickly, making you feel at home. Down side, limited eating options with only 5 restaurants and a Starbucks with limited choice in snacks. Surprised at how expensive eating out has become in USA. (£25 for 2 coffees and 2 muffins). Despite that we had a very good time.

Where do I begin? From the moment we arrived we were treated very well by all Sahara staff. We were even comped a meal by Patrick who was very sweet and the food at Balla was delicious. We can’t wait to return for our anniversary!

Away from the more happening part of the strip, and do not provide individual kettles as in many other hotels, but a decently nice one❤

The property was clean, but not well staffed. There were only two people checking everyone in. They could have used more staff, especially on the holiday weekend

Everything was good. The staff was absolutely nice and willing to help with whatever your concerns are. The only downside is none of the TVs worked at all. Very inconvenient.

We did not have TV service the whole 3 days we were there. Buffered first two days then no access at all until morning of checkout. Only after complaining we were issued a food/beverage credit on checkout morning to use before checkout. Limited dining options only taco and sandwiches after 10pm. No dine/in restaurants in walking distance. Staff and facility were nice and clean. First time staying there

This "Throwback" hotel has made a great comeback and has reestablished itself as a destination worthy of it's glorious past.

This was our second time staying here since we really enjoyed our stay the first time, but unfortunately we did encounter a small inconvenience with the tv’s internet going on and off this trip. Other than that the cleanliness of the room was acceptable and the over all look was great. I will note that this hotel is far too nice for the lobby’s doors not to be cleaned more often along with some other details, like water marks on the ceiling, etc.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sahara. The room was clean. The check in was easy. We were able to check in early for $25. We love that the monorail was right out back which made it very convenient to get to the strip without the long walk, a 24 hour pass was $13.25 Beats using Uber or taxi. I would stay here again.

Room was not very clean- there were hairs in the bathroom and in the beds. The phone did not work. The tv did not work. Front desk Service was very slow. There was no late check-out. Did not feel very luxurious. Wish I would have stayed elsewhere.

We did not have internet or working tv. We asked for it to be fixed but the front desk basically said they have to many work orders to worry about my non working tv. The hotel smells old and reminds me of a old motel that had a update. I would never stay there again.
