"I reported a shower drain that was not working and it was not fix. We could not shower before check out because it overflow. There was a big line and only two people were working for check out. The other two will not help. I was unable to use my drinks and food credit since informacion of where or how to use was misleading. I asked for two rooms, they were completely separated two different places opposite one from the other. Even at the members club or guess office. They will ignore you and leave you waiting."

"The room was clean, carpet a little threadbare, but it didn’t matter. Our room was 2821 and the view was amazing , pool, Eiffel Tower and we could also see the Bellagio Fountain show! Check-in was easy. We arrived earlier and put our bags in left luggage. We were looking forward to using the pool. It closed at 5pm. If we had been told that we would have checked in earlier. That was the only down point. I would definitely recommend this hotel."
