"Booked reservation for Mandalay Bay but room was actually The W hotel in a tower opposite Mandalay lobby and pool area and Mandalay elevators. Digital check in doesn’t say this and you spend an hour making keys and not knowing why your keys don’t work in Mandalay. Hot tubs are always full of kids at 8:00am don’t plan relaxing there. Good luck finding parking redemption for locals. Room was nice and clean and nice food options. Check in not active until right at 3pm."
