Over priced for what they give you, says no smoking but has burn marks in the whole room. Blood splatter on ceiling in room 55! And wasn't cleaned thoroughly before customer's. Won't be back next time I come out there.

It’s very disturbing disgusting smelling vey bad , I don’t have words to describe that horrible motel and everything is dirty but next time I will be there again because of my pocket and the good thing is very close to downtown .finally for me it was good and see you soon

I did not like the fact my brother could not check inthey have no problems accepting my money when i am getting him a safe place to rest his head at night just to be turned away. I have him added as a traveler there should have been no money due at check ini even paid an additional 5 incase he wanted a friend over

The building itself from the outside wasn’t the worst but, once we entered the room it appeared that the beds had been slept on and the mattresses looked extremely old and potentially full of bed bugs. Additionally, we found cigarette ashes on one of the beds and also inside the toilet. My fiancé saw this and said we are not staying here period. This will be the first and last time we stay here.

Tweekers all around, yelling all night. Our second night our shower had no hot water, it was ICE cold. The degrees outside was in its 40s so it was torture showering. No heat in the rooms. They left us 2 half rolls of toilet paper. Paint peeling off the walls. The room smelt like smoke and made the towels stink. Horrible. I would NEVER do a motel like this again. I felt dirty just being in the room. I would give this no stars all around if I could.

If viewing this properties reviews you’ll see people talking about the noise and you think “it’s close to Fremont of course it’s loud” but it is insanely loud, the parking is shared by an open air nightclub that Blair’s music til the early morning. Unless you’re stoned or drunk you aren’t getting sleep. The room was filthy with stuff all over the floors and we are pretty sure there was bed bugs. If you wanna party on Fremont this is an ok spot but if you aren’t gonna party non stop skip this place.

Disgusting place even to be in for Seconds
I booked online but when I entered the room it was so gross that I literally feel like vomiting. I have lived in various Motels throughout the country but this one is not the usual one. Very deceitful owner and the most disgusting place I have ever seen.

Rooms need to be remodeled. Dirty walls, stained lamp shade, dirty exterior of fridge. Leaking faucets in sink and tub.beds were creaky and felt like they were broken. Gap under entry doir. Holes in curtains. Paid higher rate because of holiday but only worth $25 if that. Only chose because it was the most affordable motel. Only good thing was the hot water.

Love the style it give it the traditional feel but my absolute favorite and it was the first thing i checked was to see if the tv had input to connect computer mirror screen all the hotel i have stayed none of them could do either one of them im definitely coming back for sure i give it a 10/10

The manager really needs to work on their friendliness to customers. They threatened to kick me out because I stripped the sheets because I found an hair in my bed and they “had never seen anyone do that before”. I asked for new sheets or at least to clean the sheets I already had, and they refused to do that. The entire time I was there I was worried about not only that but my safety, as there were people right outside my room talking about sketchy stuff. Every night I barricaded my door because I felt so unsafe. Please don’t book this place even if you are trying to save a bit while in Vegas. It is not worth it.

ABSURD MANAGEMENT/NO NO NO
Awful and absolutely atrocious behavior from the management! Room was clean but so very dated and seedy. 2 beds and both you could tell the mattress have probably never been replaced. I got charged an extra $30 to check in an hour early and it wasn't worth it. The next morning I made a reservation someplace else and my boyfriend thought I had extended the stay there at this same place...I didn't want to stay there again and when 11am came I was almost packed up and needed maybe another 10 minutes... Next thing we knew the manager is screaming outside the door and we opened it explained we were leaving and just about packed up and asked for a few more minutes to gather our things and he demanded we leave right then and there.. I asked him to stop screaming at me and he stomped down the stairs, my bf went to go see if maybe we could just.pay a late fee he'd chill out but at this point I'm really moving trying to gather the rest of the stuff and from upstairs I can hear this man screaming and yelling... I went to take a trip of things downstairs and a big white guy and a Mexican lady entered the room which I hady bags still in and tried to shut the door to lock me out..I had to put my foot in the door and the woman almost got herself injured trying to keep me from my belongings, it was the most unnecessary, ridiculous behavior I've ever seen in my life... The manager tried to tell me.he was going to charge my card for an additional night... And btw we were gone by 11:20am!

Not a bad little room! Affordable, cozy. Room was cozy. The nightclub and street performers were a little noisy. Unfortunately, the room was a little dirty on arrival, and the only "view" I had was down an alley, where trash was everywhere and someone had a mattress laid out and was sleeping there. I'd stay here again on the next trip to Las Vegas, though. Overall, noisy, not the best part of downtown, but affordable, and cozy room.

Owner was very easy to work with and talk to and extremely pleasant and friendly. The room is surprisingly big for the price which I definitely enjoy and the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom was a little awkward as the shower was harder to pull to start than anticipated. Recommended if you can get it if you need something with an attractive price and enjoyable rooms.

The cleaning staff did not come to our room once in seven days, we had to hunt down fresh towels ourselves everyday and was even given attitude for asking. We had to throw away our own trash. The room also smelled so badly of rotten eggs that I had to DoorDash air freshener to even be able to tolerate it. All my belongings are covered in that smell even after going back home.
