Air conditioning's not working on arrivel; at least 80 degreesl. After 28 hours nobody came to fix it. They changed my room but downgraded my room type to a lower quality, without any offset to the price I was paying. Poor customer service. Probably not staffed properly. I’ll never stay there again and will tell anyone I know considering hotels in Vegas, to stay away.

I like to stay at the circus for the location and value. I usually stay in the towers. I will never stay in the casino room section again. It was like you went back in time with those rooms. The outlet was behind the nightstand and there was only one by the bed. There was another outlet by the desk and one in the bathroom. We also had concrete lattice on the windows. The front desk said it was the best view. The best view of for the wall of concrete!. There is no housekeeping, but you could call for towels. The shower curtain smelled. The toilets were crazy low, like kid size, and the plumping sounded like it was choking when it drained. And it was feast or famine with the elevators on that side. I did have as many issues staying in the towers. However, the parking is free and I like how easy it is to get to the main roads or walk the strip. I also like how they added more restaurants in the hotel. They had a gelato shop. It’s cold but not real; and they only take cash. Plus the hours are not posted or consistent . I love the Starbucks and the Krispy cream in the hotel. There are also a ton of dog walking through the hotel. Many of them are not leash trained well. We also saw crap in one elevator, but it was quickly cleaned. But maybe having a grass spot /play area the dogs you are allowing in. There is a plus of having a store in the casino. We were there for a funeral and the sales pitchers assigned at the door was very respectful of that. And we appreciated it.

The area around was kinda cool, easily traversable, but the inside of the hotel as well as the casino in general felt a little dated and very lack luster. Service was decent at best, very friendly but felt like staff knew only knew a little information.

The property is old and looks like it needs to be updated. The Buffet service was excellent, but the food was disgusting. My children get better quality food in a public school setting. The food was absolutely a great disappointment. I dare the owner of the hotel to bring his family to his own buffet and eat what this Chef prepared. The coffee tasted like the cleaner used to clean the machine. To be charged a hotel fee is a rip off and I believe illegal. I have my family staying, playing, we are gambling and spending money and the hotel is such a wreck we will likely never stay again and feel taken advantage by this hotel fee. It is expensive in the first place, and we are spending money only in your hotel. Who is the one with this Mob mentality? Take advantage of me once and shame on you. Take advantage of me twice.....THIS WILL NEVER HAPPEN.

The property was in extremely warn, dated and dirty. The carpeting in my room had stains and just looked grimy. It made me feel like I didn’t want to touch anything in the room. Honestly I could not wait to leave.

The air conditioning was extremely loud. Every time it kicked on it was like we were on an airplane about to take off. Housekeeping kept knocking on our door even with the do not disturb sign out. Pools were nice it’s a shame they close so early compared to other properties time frames. Food was good always fresh and hot.

The hotel looks like its seen better years. Rooms and Bathrooms need a remodeling, they look old and a bit rundown. The staff was super friendly. Of they were to invest in their rooms and hallways im sure they can bring this hotel back to glory

There was a piece of old pizza crust and trash and like dirt and hair behind the night stand. The property is pretty run down. Make sure you wear shoes after you shower because the carpet is pretty run down. I hate giving bad reviews.

Checked in to 3 rooms. None were clean. One smelled strongly of urine and we had to go down and make them change rooms. They wanted to “spray it with a special air freshener”. Gross. One of the rooms didn’t have blankets. We called down and were told the “ran out”. We booked for 3 nights. Canceling the other 2, we can’t stay here it’s disgusting.

The room reeked of smoke and had maggots. After I complained about the smoke, the hotel transferred us to another room which was just worse. We decided to stay at the original room only after they had aired it out and changed the sheets. One of the sheets had cigarette burns. It was close to midnight. No other hotels had space, and we weren’t going to be staying in our car that night. It was the worst hotel experience ever especially for my child who has severe allergies and has to carry an inhaler.
