The property is well situated on the Strip and is generally clean and safe. I cannot believe however that in 2024, smoking is still permitted on the property and also, they don’t recycle! It’s unconscionable for so many reasons.
The VIP amenities are not worth it, as the 30.00 credit won’t buy you two drinks and the room upgrades are limited.
Housekeeping services did not come and clean our room and refresh our towels despite multiple calls.
The biggest irritant is the fact that the mini fridge in your room is used for overpriced in room drinks and cannot be used for anything you purchase.
To get a mini fridge for personal use it costs 50.00 per day!
Pool and gym were both great and Mary at Concierge services was fantastic in helping us to book show tickets and get dinner reservations.
Unlike virtually every other casino we visited, this one does not have 10 or 15 dollar tables and has limited choices in table games so beware.
Also, the poker tournament was a little suspect, because entrants were arriving 30-90 minutes late and were still allowed to play!
This is my second time to Aria and might consider staying somewhere else next year.
