A Pleasant Stay

The room was tiny and old. We booked for 5 nights but after the first night we moved out. The owners had rules, do not run the AC when we are not in the room,no access to the fridge, no pouring of drinks in the room and don't slam the door when we leave. The experience was an evasion of our privacy. We are retired and in our mid 60' Did not vision this!

There client so sorry that you were not comfortable, everything was clear on expedia, even the size of the room was mentioned. There’s a difference between Aibnb and bed and breakfast that’s why we recommend to all our clients to read the rules of the place and the description of it before they make reservation and rules are made to assure respect and peace on the premises.

Anne Marie was amazing. Very friendly and goes out of her way to help with anything and giving advice. She even helped me to see a doctor asap. And then there is the Breakfast’s. Super tasty yet healthy. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We’ll be back.

This was our first time staying at a B & B. The location works great for us and the host Ann Marie was very nice. she was also very knowledgeable of places to visit and things to do. She also prepared scrumptious,delicious and yummy breakfast.

My stay at El Litoral has been wonderful. El Litoral is a vacation in itself. The terrace is lush with colors, flowers and vegetation. Very creative in every aspect. Breakfast each day on the terrace was most memorable with a large variety of fruits & savory foods to satisfy any palate. The rooms & bedding were very comfortable and surely felt like home. My heartfelt thanks to Anne Marie for truly making this a wonderful experience.

Great place to rest and eat well.
Very nice and quiet place. Cozy room with comfortable bed. Lots of room for evening rest at the pool area. The Host served the healthy and yammy breakfast dishes that also looked like art work. We were welcomed to join the morning yoga classes that was a nice extra. This B&B is located in walking distance to endless beaches of Coronado. El Litoral provides very nice and home-like enviroment. The home that one likes to come back.

Marie went over and beyond to make my stay memorable. I have serious dietary restrictions and in need for super healthy food and Marie delivered miraculous breakfasts every morning! I can highly recommend if you want quiet, piece of mind. Ah, the yoga opportunity was also very much appreciated!

We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful B & B in Coronado. Our hostess, Anne Marie was simply awesome. So friendly, sweet, welcoming, and helpful! A wonderful cook serving healthy, delicious breakfasts customized to our individual preferences and needs. My only regret is that we had to leave too soon!

My boyfriend and I originally booked for two nights but decided to stay an additional night because it was just wonderful. The B&B is charming and relaxing, perfect place to recharge. We totally recommend El litoral with just 5 min distance to the beach and good restaurants near by we found it to be very convenient and accommodating. We are so happy we found this little oasis.

We only stayed here one night, but fell in love with the place. There’s a sense of serene tranquility that rejuvenates the soul, which is just what we needed. The hostess, Anne Marie, is truly a special person. From the moment we walked through the front door, she made us feel like we had been friends for life. What more can you ask for than a comfy bed, a tasty breakfast, a refreshing pool, and a relaxing hammock? All that was missing was more time. We’ll definitely be back!

an amazing quite paradise
it's an amazing place to stay. the service was outstanding. I was a little skeptical seeing the ten ratings on her property before we got there but after staying there I don't think a ten is not high enough.

Anne Marie and Rene are uber customer oriented. Meals were extraordinary!!! The grounds are beautiful and they offer massage and yoga in addition to a gorgeous pool. And El Litoral is very close to the beach! This is a wonderful place run by caring people. You just can't do better.

A Little Gem in Paradise
Our stay at El Litoral was truly outstanding. The breakfasts were amazing and different everyday. The service from the owner Ana Marie was second to none and she really made our trip to Panama truly memorable. I would give this property top marks

Literally an oasis!
From the nourishing breakfasts to the friendly hosts (including dog, cat and parrot!), yoga and pilates classes in the mornings and the refreshing swimming pool after a long afternoon in the sun, everything about the stay was wonderful. Felt like visiting old friends and having them pamper you. Would recommend without reservation.

El Litoral is a quiet corner of paradise up the coast from Panama City. The house is a few blocks from the beach which was deserted at noon on a Friday in late August. The neighborhood is accessed through a security check point and feels quite safe. Rene and Anne Marie are exceptional hosts in their private home where they live year round. They have given every attention to details large and small. Living is easy in the back of the house boasting a lovely pool, outdoor kitchen, an open family room. Scotty, the large white dog, is quite friendly and Rudolph, a very handsome male cat may embrace you sweetly. A more private sitting area is devoted to birds who often laugh out loud. The four chickens, given daily forays into the pool area, provide fresh eggs for the fabulous breakfasts. Breakfast starts with a beautifully crafted compote of fresh fruit thoughtfully layered with seeds, grains and yogurt. The main courses I enjoyed included scrambled eggs and waffles. My request for a stronger cup of coffee was graciously accommodated. It is all done with professional yet friendly panache and flair. Anne Marie gives weekly yoga classes in her on-site studio, also in the back yard. She also invited me to join the pilates class at the club across the street. She's a great teacher and spoke of me as her friend. If you are even somewhat outgoing and like to chat, you really will feel that you are among your dear friends. Book with confidence!

Paradise in Coronado
El Littoral is a B & B, not a hotel. Yet, the setup at El Littoral is much more comprehensive than at a typical B & B. First, Ann Marie, Rene, and Vincent (the family who welcome guests into their home) are highly service oriented. Ann Marie, in particular, is always cheery and always eager to assist an inquiry or to provide service. Moreover, they can accommodate guests from many places, as they speak highly fluent French, English, and Spanish. I am trying to improve my Spanish. Thus, I appreciated Ann Marie's patience and linguistic diversity. My bedroom was very large, clean, fully equipped, air conditioned, and had a large bathroom area. Yet, what makes Littoral special is the space outside the bedroom. There is an indoor and outdoor kitchen, where Ann Marie and Rene cook an excellent breakfast that changes each day. There are couches, a TV, a pool, a yoga area, and a massage and chiropractic building. There are plenty of places to sit in the sun and plenty in the shade. Everything is very comfortable and roomy. Ann Marie teaches yoga and pilates on site and offers free yoga classes M/W/F to guests. In addition, for an extra fee I took a massage from a professional masseuse who visits and I could have been seen by a licensed chiropractor who treats people on site. El Littoral was ultra-relaxing. Plus, their dog Scotty, their 2 friendly cats, and their chickens, add to the relaxing effect.

Great Cornado Home Stay
Anne Marie is the perfect hostess and provides a world class breakfast. She is an adventure in herself and provides an atmosphere which is like being at home on the road! Vincent, her son, is a 12 year old tri-lingual cell phone whiz...we needed him. All-in-all, a great place to hang out for a few days.
