My room was not cleaned for a fact! The pillows were still smashed from the last person who stayed like really? And then a dog ball on floor all the trash cans had trash in the.. also going into bathroom they left open bars of soap? And the trash wrapper was in the trash can the gowels werent even folded like a hotels have then hung and nice so you know its clean. I told the front desk they didnt really seem to care much but gave me new towels since i requested that i wasnt gonna use the ones in room. Like either thisnroom got missed or the cleaning staff needs to be introuble.! And to add to the mix the carpet was full or stickers do they not vaccum? Smh just my luck!

On behalf of our management team we apologize you were put into a dirty room. There was clearly some miscommunication that took place between our housekeeping team and our front desk about which rooms were ready. I apologize that our front desk agent was not more sympathetic to your issue and I apologize that she did not transfer you into a clean room. Clearly she requires some additional training. I appreciate you letting us know about your experience and once again send a heartfelt apology

The amenities were adequate to the facility. However, the beds were absolutely terrible to sleep on. If you have had surgery recently, joint pain, etc. do not stay here pay the extra cost and be comfortable in a nearby hotel. Linens were adequate.

The stay was okay since it was short. However, I did step on a thorn twice in the room. The room could have been cleaner. I wasn't happy, but the stay was short so it was alright.

Thank you so much for staying with us! I am so sorry about the thorns. Here in the desert those pesky 'goat head' thorns stick to and get dragged all over from the bottom of shoes. I apologize again and hope you will consider us when your travels bring you back this way.

Ok but short staffed so don’t count on breakfast
The hotel room was fine and had mini kitchen which was a plus if you are staying for a lobger peeiod, but when went down for breakfast at 7 am the manager was running around screaming the kitchen staff didn’t show up and he was only one man what was he suppose to do.

When we checked in and went to our room, someone had used our bathroom and didn't flush, so it stunk really bad in the room. Not a good welcome at all! We also didn't get our room cleaned or even refreshed while we were there. Not a terrible experience, but definitely could have been better.

There were a lot of issues when we first checked in, all of which were resolved quickly, but it was slightly annoying. The WiFi wouldn’t work but they gave me an access code for upgraded WiFi. The first room they assigned us wouldn’t open (the door), but they gave us another room. We asked for a late check out and then housekeeping came and knocked and when I told her we had a late check out she said, “sorry, no one told me.” We also got a call from the front desk asking why we hadn’t checked out yet, who we, again, told we had a late check out. None of these were major issues, but slightly annoying.

Arrangements of room, specifically the tv is not convenient. No coffee in the room coffee pot wasn’t even complete which meant you had to get dressed to go get coffee which undermines any relaxation

The landscaping and outside bbq area, parking lot and flower beds were dirty and trash ridden. The trash cans were overflowing with garbage and smelled horrible. I travel with my service dog and would have to take her outside. I just dreaded it because of the filth.

Guest service on my check in of March 31 was excellent not only at her normal customer service duties but also repairing my TV so it could access service. Excellent asset!

The staff were great. We travel with bikes on the back of our car. They let us bring them into the first floor for storage. The staff gave us recommendations for nearby restaurants. The rooms are generous sized, table, four chairs, two recliners, good mattresses and pillows, kitchen (microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher). Would be great for longer stays.

First, considering the limitations of the Las Cruces market, this is a good option for that area. Major complaint is that bathroom design is ludicrous: if ti was really designed by an architect and not a third grader, then that architect needs to actually try to function in the odd space he/she created. Minor irritation was that I could not use my Kindle device at the property without first contacting Kindle. |Another irritant was that property could not produce a bill for my stay, just informed me this would be forthcoming from Expedia. Haven't seen it yet.

Best for families.
For some reason, we didn’t receive housekeeping during our stay. And the pool closed at 10pm. Most nights we didn’t return until 10pm or later. And a nice swim would’ve been nice. The most interesting accommodations they offered was the numerous items they let you borrow. For instance, I didn’t need to bring my slow cooker. And we borrowed an umbrella because we were short one. The breakfast was great! I will definitely stay again.
