I enjoyed the property, the staff and their services. However, we are extremely disappointed with the tour desk. We are extremely disappointed with the tour guide on February 11. As a tour guide, Dan told us who owns a particular piece of property. That’s it. Dan doesn’t know how to take pictures. The pictures he took were terrible. He’s pictures are crooked and contain pictures of his fingers. We feel our time and money are wasted on the February 11 tour. I requested a full refund from Emilie Y. Baniel; we are still waiting for our refund. February 11, 2024 was so disappointing that left us bad taste in our mouths. Because of that horrendous experience, we decided not to return to Cebu. We still talk about this horrible experience with our friends.
